Thanks Jo Ao for saving my at home coffee experience, after a minor mishap at home. I needed a new part and I knew just the place to go. Just a short walk from Green Square station, the staff are really knowledgeable about coffee and just super friendly!

Exceptional Experience at Delonghi, Thanks to Richard and Coffee Making Classes

Our visit to the Delonghi Shop was truly outstanding, and Richard's exceptional customer service played a key role. His knowledge and guidance led us to choose Delonghi over Breville. Additionally, the inclusion of coffee making classes was a delightful surprise. The instructor's expertise made the classes not only enjoyable but also incredibly informative. With a well-organized store and comprehensive offerings, Delonghi has become our go-to for quality appliances and enriching experiences. Highly recommend!

The experience at the coffee lounge was outstanding. The hostess was informative and friendly, and she honed down very quickly on what I was after based on my preferences (ground coffee, several coffee varieties.easy to keep in top notch).

Absolutely wonderful service. Richard provided great advice and made us some terrific coffees from the machine we bought for a friend’s birthday. Now looking forward to going back to buy one for ourselves.

Well worth the visit! We were needing some guidance to choose the right machine for our needs and Richard was very patient and knowledgeable, showing us the machines and options available to us without any pressure to buy. But in the end it was obvious the Magnifica would suit us and we are very happy with our new machine. Price was also competitive.

We dropped in to the store on our way to the airport as we don’t have a Delonghi store in Brisbane. I had called ahead to see if we were able to speak with someone about how to use our machine for more than just a flat white.

Joao welcomed us when we arrived slightly late. He was so brilliantly patient with us and knowledgeable about the Eletta Explore machine, showing us how to modify the built in coffee options, going through the correct cleaning process and even giving us coffee samples to show the difference of a few alterations can make. Highly impressed with the professionalism and warm nature of Joao and the other staff. Thanks again for your help!

Fantastic service from well qualified staff! In addition to the lounge being simply stunning, the staff were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly - they know their products back to front. This shopping experience is what all shopping experiences should be - luxurious, attentive staff and quality products. We are thrilled with the coffee machine we purchased, and know that if anything goes wrong in the future that we will receive professional after-sales care.

I visited the De'Longhi coffee lounge for the first time a few days ago. It's a lovely space and set up well to view all the different coffee machines. It was great to be able to try out a machine before purchasing it and to see what quality coffee the machine can make. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a De'Longhi Eletta and I am very happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend visiting the coffee lounge!

We made a last minute decision to pop by the lounge and ended up with an amazing coffee machine. Richard (the coffee pro) walked us through every step of the way, from how to prepare the coffee to how to clean the machine. He answered every single question like a pro and took the time to educate us on the machines and taught us how to appreciate coffee and also made the decision easier. Highly recommend hitting up the lounge before purchasing a delonghi coffee machine.

We decided to visit the De’ Longhi lounge on the weekend to learn more about automatic coffee machines. We very quickly became fascinated by the idea of a manual coffee machine, how simple it actually is and that it makes great coffee.
Richard took us through all the different kinds of machines, provided very thorough explanations, demonstrations and even encouraged us to participate in the coffee making process.
We walked into the store thinking we only wanted demonstrations and information to go home with, but I’m proud to say we went home with a very new and beautiful manual coffee machine.
If it wasn’t for Richard, we probably wouldn’t have had the confidence to go ahead with the decision of making a purchase. Richard gave us so much confidence, it made our decision easier. Thank you Richard!
