Frank accessed my driving habits, cleaning regiment, how the car is parked, and then provided his recommendation of what type of products externally and internally he recommends. Frank explained the details of the car manufacture's paint process, and I never felt he pushed me towards any direction. 2 months in, the car looks brand new inside and out and I have recommended Frank to everyone I know.

I had my new 2021 Mitsubishi Triton coated with Graphene paint protection as well as interior protection by Frank. I dropped the car off directly after collecting it from the dealership and he did an amazing job. He answered any questions I had and he was very helpful in providing tips to maintain coat. I would definitely recommend Frank to my friends and family if they ever needed their car detailed.

I didn't have to wait long to get a booking, and the work was completed in a day. I'm happy with the work done and it was a reasonable price.

I Don't recommend Frank and his work at all. Did not want to take ownership of poor preparation and quality of workmanship. Despite the numerous photo evidence and feedback of the product he incorrectly applied (spray gun) to a poorly prepped paint surface and was not authorised to use the Opti-Coat product. Frank only offered a 20% refund or to reapply the coating only to the front of my car despite other areas having issues. I've since corrected the pain on my car myself and a $30 paint sealant is doing a much better job than his incorrect rushed techniques ever did. See the photos on the day I collected my car from Frank. Still refuses to provide me a refund. I guess the universe will sort it out.

Frank is very professional, no nonsense and honest. He did a very splendid job on the ceramic of my vehicle. He will suggest the best option for your vehicle even if it's cheaper! I definitely recommend his services.
