Very poor service didn’t deliver what was quoted. Changed filter material and left the old on the ground. Suggest using others.

Debbie & Lee have always given friendly helpful service. They sell quality products & they make looking after your pool so much easier. They have tested my pool & spa water samples for over 20 years and I trust their knowledge & experience.

I have been going to Deepwater pools since installing my pool 2 years ago. Every time I have water quality problems, their advice and treatment plan is 100% spot on. My pool has never looked better.

Great store with great service. These folks don't stand still and the service reflects it. The store is a little messy, and I suspect that is a mixture of the amount of folks passing through here and the number of items they sell and service.

I had a huge problem - leaking filter, pump turned off, vacating the house in 2 days to sell it- panic stations! Rang every pool place on the Central Coast and finally got Debbie at Deepwater - what a breath of fresh air- knowledgeable and understood what I needed - sorted the installation of a new filter the SAME DAY! And at half the cost that others were promising to do in a week - highly recommended

Had the tech/installer out today to quote for a system. He arrived on time, was lovely and polite and gave my lots of helpful advice about the pool in general.

Doesn't stock pool cleaner parts and has little knowledge of Zodiac products. Condescending and not happy about answering basic questions. Sorry, but not recommending this place at all.

What a great bunch of people, service guys helped me out before it was open, even gave me a bit of pipe, and removed a fitting great service thanks.

Have been using Deepwater now for about 20 years, we keep going back because we've always had good service, free pool water testing and advice is a bonus if like us you buy your pool chemicals etc from them. Not expensive either.
