Waiting time is never extremely long. Always was my car there, avoid using the brush on your car tho if you want to avoid scratches!

Watch the far left manual wash bay's coin slot. It managed to wedge my dollar coins in the return slot.

Good place to go for a pre wash foor a ropper detailing job at home after.

Always be wary of the foaming brush holding grit and stones (like at any car wash). I have witnessed folks washing their entire car with this. Dragging it over the paint, moments before joe blow had it removing mud and grit and stones with it from his 4wd.

The automatic wash developed a fault
The service manager emailed me to give me refund and then went silent. Pretty poor service. Still waiting

Used to be the ultimate self and auto car wash. Now the auto wash no longer performs the underbody wash, which was a big benefit of their (most expensive) "ultimate" wash. It seems the prices have increased whilst services have decreased. Overall still a good carwash to go to, and one of the rare self service car washes remaining in Sydney.

$10 for 10 minutes was fantastic for my previously much neglected canopied ute. Still need another attempt next week, but this was a great start! Thankyou Dee Why RSL for this investment in the community

I like cleaning my own car and this is one of the few places left that can accommodate my large 4x4.

Have used the automatic, when bays are full, its ok, better to use the self service bay, as it is better a clean a for the money and can get.a better result.

DONT use the automatic car wash. Even with the 'ultimate' package doesn't even at least attempt to blow your car dry nor does it remove barely any dirt. Best off using self service.

Got a new car, at least new for me. But it was absolutely filthy! A mate of mine told me to pull in here. Gave it a great clean. I missed the owner’s/manager’s name. He was a South African bloke. Nicest guy, took the time to help me out and gave some great advice on how to get the best finish on my clean?
I know my car still needs some work, but it’s getting there

Very good self-service manual or auto car cleaning facilities:

- Drive-thru touchless ($9 to $15) ;

- Self service coin-operated bays have all the usual features (high pressure hose and brush based, timed in $1 increments - probably need $6 to $12 typically) ;

- Hoovering/vacuuming bays ($2 for 4 min: press the stupid button to activate it, or loose your time/money!).

No options/facilities for wheel or engine bay cleaning.

Very convenient, easy to use, excellent options. Only problem is the popularity - you need a second location!

Love the drive through clean, great value $$. However it breaks down alot therefore not always available

Well a lady infront of me took 29 minutes to wash her car as she was letting her 6 year old son and 8 year old daughter help was the car. Sorry this is not on.please put up signage, kids do not was cars.

Needs some work. Don't go on a weekend.
A driveway for the automatic wash bay would improve this car wash.

Terrible if I hadn't been sitting in the car I would have said it hadn't been washed it was about 4 on a Tuesday

"The other week I attended your car wash. I waited in line for half an hour. I got to the auto wash paymemt booth and attempted to pay with my phone. To my dismay, a small sticker was on the pay station informing me that only card payment were accepted and not pay wave via phone. This information would have served me well had it been advertised to me anywhere other than the payment booth I just waited half an hour to get to. I could not pay as the year is 2020 and I no longer carry cards with me.

Tonight I attended, prepared with my physical card to make payment. I made my payment and selected the ultimate wash. The car wash did two soaks and then high pressure water blasted the right side of my car. The car wash stopped. The door opened. Reluctantly I left your establishment with half my car cleaned, the other half still soaking in suds and possum poo.

Also, your website states that the auto bays have a height restriction of 2.5 metres when infact the hight restriction is 2.0 metres. This caused some angst as my vehicle is only a few millimetres under 2 metres.

Needless to say, I have a fairly dim view of the DY RSL car wash and would appreciate half an hour of my life back and my 15 dollars. "

I've only driven past the DY RSL Car Wash on cnr of Pittwater Rd and Sth Creek Rd, not used it recently. Many years ago I may have washed a car there before it was owned by DY RSL.

Best self car wash in Sydney. Clean, equipment is in good condition, well priced. I will be back!

Love it because its the only place on the northern beaches that I can wash and vacuum my 4wd myself.
