We had a beautiful experience from Angela today. She greeted us warmly and helped with our enqueries. She have also shown and explained the differences and feel of each rugs, which helped immensely in choosing the right shaggy rug for us. We also had a great deal from them. I’d like to give a big thanks to Alex from the Decorug Prospect store for his professional yet friendly customer service. From the time I walked in to the selection of the products (Carpet and flooring for new home) to the installation process he was always there for any questions and further information that I needed. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he wasn’t pushy like some other flooring places. Installers were very professional and a cleaned up after themselves. Wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else the best in the business.

The 5 star rating is for the service provided by the Project Manager Mark, and the two men who completed the installation of our laminate flooring. Mark, an absolute professional with a no nonsense, customer-first attitude. Kabir and Amit for the 100% care and passion to get the job done the right way. They didn't take any shortcuts, and took a lot of care of our furniture and walls to make sure they weren't damaged, they were both fantastic! If you get your floors done by Decorug, make sure they assign Kabir and Amit!

One stop shop! To only deal with one place to get Hybrid floors, shutters, carpet and finishing of the renovation with some rugs is amazing. In a time of uncertainty with the corona virus the store manager Alex and his team at Decorug did an amazing job. Thankfully not one hiccup for all those products. Angela an Alex helped us (4 boys) pick out a number of rugs for our new house. Even with a 'tricky' combination of wood, white tiles and pre existing furniture to work with, an overwhelming task for us was made a fun exciting experience.
