John helped us with our flooring purchase he’s very professional and helpful we love our new floor it’s beautiful.

Terrible experience. Ordered a rug which was to be to be delivered to the store the following Thursday only for them to say the it was forgotten. This same excuse was then made for the next 2 weeks. ‘Forgotten but the delivery driver’. The retail assistant who first served us didn’t even want to turn around and speak to us when we went into the the store to pick it up (and it hadn’t been delivered so obviously why she didn’t want to turn around). Also to call the store is a nightmare. Both my partner and I rang them at least 5 times and only rang through.
Great service and advice, the young man could not be more helpful. I viewed two rugs on the floor, so I could see them (on the floor) not just hanging up.
