We have been customers for several years now, returning each time with confidence. We have recently purchased shutters for our last remaining window, we have shutters on all windows now and are extremely please with them. The quality and the amazing look they have given our rooms. We did it in 3 lots over time each time Jon served us, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We have also over the last 5yrs or so purchased wooden flooring, vinyl flooring and the latest plank flooring. I can honestly say we have had no issues, from selection, measure, fitting, it was all pretty smooth. The shutter fitters guys were also very good, different guys as the purchases were spaced out. Both very respectful and tidy. I can highly recommend DecoRug West Gosford, Jon in particular!

Found that the staff at West Gosford store very helpful and informative, we have been dealing with this store now for over 10 months, we purchased our plantation shutters, blinds and Veri Shades from them, both the guys have been a pleasure to deal with. From first inquiry to completion was very professional. John was helpful in the store… lots of sound advice.
They communicate properly… Nazife at head office was courteous on the phone with us.

In the store: Great experience, Peter made it easy to make our decision. He explained everything, benefits of each product and the logistics of installation process.
In home installation: Installer Omar was absolutely amazing, he provided guidance during check-measure, informed us of product arrival, was always on time, clean and courteous. Also, was able to fix small issues with shutters adjustments.

Very happy with our plantation shutters. First measure with Kerryn to final measure and install with Eric, all went according to plan. Eric was very helpful with a few small install issues with our older house. Would thoroughly recommend them and Decorug West Gosford

After being told by another local Company that shutters could not be fitted to windows, Jon measured and shutters have been installed along with Veri Blinds in another area. Jon has been a great help in getting my blinds measured and installed. I also had carpet layed in two bedrooms and Jon along with Kerryn measured and carpets were laid in under two weeks

Absolutely disgusting service. I had carpet installed over 4 months ago and it was appalling. I have been promised to have it fixed yet no one returns my calls or emails. Long story short, I have now lodged a complaint with Fair Trading to sort this matter out as the lack of communication Is unacceptable. Peter at west gosford branch promises he will get back to you and fix the problem yet never delivers! Stay away from this business!

Firstly we were very happy walking into the store and salesman Peter was awesome. He knew his stuff. It was a pleasure talking to him.
Also Sri and Satia the installers were very professional and did an excellent job.
To save you from running around comparing with other stores (which was a waste of time) I recommend to anybody go with DecoRug. You won't regret it.

Jon is an absolute legend. We rolled up at 4: 30 looking for flooring. He took the time to talk to us; then came and did an *instant* measure and quote. After that, back to the shop - where it was opened for us privately to browse rugs. Insane level of service from the guy, we felt like rock stars getting the 5 Star treatment. You guys have got a real asset in this bloke and you should look after him. Never seen anything like this in my life.

I am very disappointed with the service at Deco Rug West Gosford.
I purchased The Verishade Blinds and organised an appointment for the final measure for the blinds to be fitted.
NO ONE HAD EVEN BOTHERED TO TURN UP TO THE APPOINTMENT OR BOTHERED TO CALL TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT WITH ME, ALTHOUGH I HAD REORGANISED MY SCHEDULE TO BE AVAILABLE.i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
BY THE WAY, DECO RUG, I AM STILL WAITING TO RESCHEDULE A TIME TO HAVE THE FINAL MEASURE.

Had our $8,600 flooring laid in 2018 and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. As soon as they get your money head office couldn’t care less about the damages done to your home or the poor workmanship in the flooring. Still having problems with our flooring and staircase years later.
It should have been a red flag that they would only start work once the job was paid in full but unfortunately we went ahead with it. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR FLOORING INSTALLATION!

West Gosford store, Peter is extremely helpful. He is reliable and responsible. Dedicated his heart to look after his customers. I recommend him if you want to do any flooding, you can rest your heart don't have to worry, because you can count on Peter if anything goes wrong, he will look after you.
The installer Ryan is amazing. He is so talented and put so much heart to his work. He doesn't mind spending extra time just to get everything perfect. He is the best there is I'll say.
