Beautiful range of rugs and excellent service. Antonio explained the difference between all the rug materials, and was very helpful in helping me find something to my taste and needs.

Delightful and helpful staff at Decorug. This was our second purchase from Decorug (probably about 5years apart) and both my husband and I found the staff so helpful. Today we were assisted by Mel who was excellent - even showed us the rug against the floor colour - just brilliant. So helpful and friendly. Good price and value for money. (Even a few tips on cleaning.)

Thanks Ryan for all your great help and advice from the minute I walked into your store right through to your onsite visit and measuring etc. My new floorboards and stairwell carpet look terrific and I was super impressed with both teams of men who came to do the hard work of pulling up the old floors and putting in the new. Thank you Sri and his Sydney boys, and Omer and his mate. They were all very professional, extremely neat and tidy, and cleaned up all their mess before they left. A fantastic experience with Deco Rug.

This is a zero star. They try to sell us a carpet and the salesman says they earn nothing from it and they are just trying to clear stock. When we got home, we found the Decorug (same company) online store price is $100 cheaper than what we have paid for. What? Blatantly lying through his teeth. Since we knew that he lied, we went online to look for similar product and another store was selling exactly the same thing for $200 cheaper with free delivery. What? ! That's not how business should be done mate.

We had such a positive experience with DecoRug. Roman was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions, adapt to changing plans, and liaise between different parties. He was always contactable by phone with a cheerful, positive attitude. He really was such a help and made the renovation experience much less stressful!

Absolutely satisfied with our maiden, rug shopping experience.

My partner and I went to Decorug in Belrose today and were happily greated by Mitch.

We went in with an idea, but Mitch, whos service was second to none, eased our uncertain minds by going to great lengths to give us the best perspectives when choosing our rug.

Mitch was backed up by his Manager, Roman, who was so attentive and helped us to complete our sale, and due to their great service, we ended up spending well over our budget and left there with 2 fantastic choices.

I would highly and happily recommend this store when choosing your next rug as I can vouch for the experience you will inevitably have.

The installation team is very efficient. The job was done beautifully. They cleaned everything afterwards. They are so friendly that they even helped us to move the furniture back.

The overall job was ok, however some short falls - 1) they need to improve their internal comms - we ended wasting half a day waiting for the carpet layer to arrive, 2) loose pile ends were left everywhere on top of the new carpet and in the common area (which we had to clean up ourselves) and 3) a roll of the old carpet left in the entrance - none of these are a good look, resulting in what looks like a job only 90% done. It raises questions as to whether there are any other shortcuts in the installation.

My mum had carpet put in by these people at Elanora heights and they did such an amazing job. The layer was so friendly and went out of his way to make the job perfect. The shop assistants were friendly and very helpful.
Great job guys highly recommend
