I wish i there was a 7stars option for rating decorug auburn. I ordered a custom 5x4 rug and they did not leave me hanging. They kept updating me on it and helped me more with my dining table rug. If you go to decorug ask for Carolina she is very friendly and helpful

My elderly parents in their 80's put a deposit down to get floor boards supplied and installed, they even provided their own measurements as that's what they were instructed to do. An appointment with Leon was made to double check the measurements on the 9th April at 10am. My parents waited for a no show, not even a call. Another appointment was made with Akmal on the 11th April, again they waited, again a no show and no call. My parents decided to get a refund on the deposit and not proceed, hard to trust people that can't keep an appointment don't have the courtesy to call. Caroline was good enough to process the refund but I've never met anyone so careless about losing business and more concerned about not taking the blame.

I am absolutely shocked with the amount of support and guidance that I received today from Caroline.

I have never been to a shop with so much effort put into their customers with us only spending $500.

My beautiful herringbone (hadron hybrid) floors from decorug Auburn. I did bedroom's and living room too. From my first walk in at Decorug, Auburn in November 21 to the installation first week of December I was given the best service. Akhmal led me through the whole flooring process and helped me select the product which im grateful for. His advice is appreciation and also help with what to expect, the process, the pricing, the strata application as I live in an apartment block. I'm so grateful for his great advice. Once I paid and the date was booked in the whole process was smooth. The installation was excellent and their installer Steven was so professional and prompt. He did an excellent job and worked well and tirelessly for days to install my floors so beautifully. Thanks so much Steven you made my home so beautiful? They made a very stressful process very very easy and stress free. I. The customer service, the process, the price all were excellent. I would highly recommend them?
