24 Take 11 months to get a shower screen defect fixed and still not completed. Shower screen installed incorrectly, 28cm gap to enter shower, 11 months, 3 installers and still not completed.
Water leaking in roof, email after email to so called 'customer care' definitely no customer care!
Decode has been very helpful. I am a Canterbury resident and the defect team was super quick in coming to my place and get things fixed. Appreciate your hard work and help. The overall experience with Decode Group has been excellent.

I done scaffolding for dcode and wen I finished the job they didn’t answer my phone calls and ignored me and haven’t paid my invoice. It’s been 6 months I have been chasing them. Shame on Sam and hamza brothers. Crooks.

I own a property built by Decode. They have an amazing customer service team, willing to provide support as and when required. All contractors under them are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They went to extreme lengths to sort concerns I had regarding a few fixes. I am touched by their staff Sebastian and Tiffany who heard me and took specific approvals to get it fixed asap. Tried to email just to confirm for the handyman to come and fix the issues but no response. The issues still exist before settlement until I moved for 6 weeks now, and the handyman supposed to come back two weeks ago to finish the job but nothing until now. Balcony's window list is missing parts, painting is not nicely done, poor quality of paint, lift already out ot service even though it's a new buildinga nd supposedly new lift, joinery problem still not fixed yet, bought this new unit but received a really bad scratches on bath tub that they still need to fix but no one has contacted me until now. Floor board also has issues that still need to be fixed. All of these issues are already exist before settlement.
Worst ever.
