Drove 2 hours to purchase a large mirror that I was told was solid Timber and not veneer.only to see that it was MDF and veneer. Asher doesn't seem to understand what solid Timber I'd compared to MDF

Bought a 100x200cm floor mirror at what is virtually a wholesale price compared to shopping at other retailers and can’t fault anything. Great quality and carefully packaged too. The shop owner Ash was pleasant and very easy to deal with.

Agree that they have various styles of mirrors with competitive prices. However, you’d have to compromise with the quality as well as unacceptable customer service. Bought a mirror, didn’t really complain about the scratches on the frame because it was cheaper than the other places we visited (still paid a few hundred). It arrived and we finally stood in front of the mirror - it was distorted. Our ceilings and walls were curved, it was so apparent that guests who came over would comment on it straight away. We looked carefully at the mirror and on one side there was a thick glue between the mirror and the frame and wasn’t fitted straight to the frame. We got a refund in the end (but not the delivery fees despite the faultiness) but had to hear “that’s what you get when you buy cheap one” and he was raising his voice at us so we had to ask please not to scream at us. Delivery and pick up also wasn’t a smooth experience…

Prices are good. Though the person in store seemed more inclined to sit on his computer than to come out and talk to customers. We went there to buy mirrors, but that obviously didn't happen.

Unacceptable customer service, if you call in regards to an pacific item they will tell you plenty in stock JUST COME IN when you arive the same day than they will tell you they just sold out of tham

Prices are fair but don't expect respect at all. Asher might offer you a broken mirror for $50 less! If you talk about scratches on a mirror, he wouldn't be happy.

Well priced and great selection of mirrors indeed. But unfortunately proprietor took no responsibility for sending me a mirror labelled on the website as a silver mirror frame that is on arrival a 100% gold mirror frame with not a slither of silver in it. Blames the internet picture he showed me of the silver frame, which is a poor picture at best stating i should have known it was gold. It appears to me the warehouse sent the wrong mirror as there is not a slither of silver in the frame. He wants me to pay the delivery costs to exchange and didnt accept my suggestion of a discount if I just keep the wrong mirror. His attitude is blase with disrespect for the money being spent. Stay clear

The best place to shop mirrors, great selection for such a good price. Friendly customer service and very helpful. I was very surprised how quickly my mirror got delivered.

Selection is ok and the owner said he can custom make some shapes and sizes but overall the shop interior doesn't make the mirrors look very appealing.

Best mirror shop in Sydney. Owner is actually very friendly and gives great discounts on already discounted miroor. You serious won't find better or cheaper in Sydney. We did our research and he's the best. Period.
