So happy that we are getting the D&D crew back together. Decked out Gaming is the place to go Dice, Miniatures, Modules. Sorted.

Awesome spot for Warhammer 40K, Magic and RPGs. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It has plenty of space between tables so it's covid-safe etc. There is also a strong community spirit amongst all the various hobby categories.

The staff and players who frequent Decked Out Gaming are the most helpful, friendly and positive people you will ever meet. Every event is fun, enjoyable and a great way to meet new people. Definitely drop by to sling some spells and roll some dice.

Great player communities for Flesh and Blood, Warhammer 40k and MtG. Plenty of space for gaming. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best games shop in the area!

After being introduced to Decked Out Gaming by my boyfriend, I have felt incredibly included and supported by both staff members and the community. I sometimes struggle with social anxiety, yet this store and it's community have always made me feel welcome and safe. As a newbie to MTG and 40k, they have helped me so much in getting started. I can't wait to spend more time there as a growing part of the community!

I have frequented Decked Out for the last 2 and a bit years. The staff have always been friendly and attentive, the play areas are spacious and the store has a wide range of stock. Highly recommended!

I had an Overall Bad Experience with the store.
However all bad things aside the Community was absoulutely lovely!
I would urge anyone that i met that day to continue doing what they're doing because they are the saving grace of that store!

The Store Clerk was very rude and unhelpful, we had heard very good things but were met with the opposite.

We came for a pre-release event it took us 2 hours to get there and then one of us was denied a seat with open spaces for the event. My partner and i had booked our tickets after our friend was told they had sold out and she was refused tickets. Even when she came to the store she was denied a ticket. This seemed to be poor management and alot of miscommunication. She then proceeded to sit there for 3 hours with no explanation of why she couldnt join the event. We had attempted to gain some understanding but we were met with a dismissive store clerk who seemed not to care for her situation. He was unhelpful and could not justify any other explanation and repeated the same phrases multiple times. I would suggest in future being transparent with your customers so that you can avoid disputes and poor customer service.

I had an awful time at the store, it was very disorganised for an event as large as this. I had no clue what all the rules were nor any attempt from the staff to explain the layout of the event. It seemed rushed and their tournament systems were down. There was no attempt to explain the structure of the event nor how prizes were distributed. There was only one person managing an event for 30 people and running the usual shop at the same time. With a large event on generally more than one person is available especially when a large event is on, in future i would suggest having more than one employee working during an event.

We had items go missing, i believed they may have been stolen i made an attempt to get help from the store clerk. He said exactly "What do you want me to do? " in a dismissive tone. I had requested for security cameras to be checked in an attempt to find the missing items; they didnt offer viable help. The response to security cameras consisted of being asked to wait "a few hours" and then they would check. He wasn't helpful or understanding of the situation that i was in nor asking to take down contact details so that they could let me know as i lived a long way away. The feeling i got was that they didnt care for their customers and they were unwilling to be helpful with any strenuous situation. They suggested i search through the bins. We later found the missing items however there was no assistance from the staff member present.

I feel wronged by the handling of all issues when i visited. The community was lovely and inclusive, but i would suggest meeting them anywhere but "Decked Out Gaming" because this store is the complete opposite of inclusive and lovely.

I later found out from the friends that told me of the store that i had been banned for "behaviour" and leaving this bad review (which i edited to include more information). I would never return to this store and they have caused me more trouble than anyone should have to go through for receiving bad customer service.

The owner of the store was less than helpful during the event which i later found out that he was present and playing in the event. There was no attempt to remedy my friends nor my situation. In fact later on it caused me more issues as they contacted my friend personally. This lead to implications in my personal life. The Business overstepped their bounds and has lead to a headache like no other.

If you are going out of your way for this place just don't it's not worth the money or the time. This is my personal opinion and my personal experience; a very stressful experience.

Ive been going to this store since it first opened, and I can honestly say the community the store creates is inviting and welcoming. Staff are always professional and helpful, and the store has a great stock of products. Would highly suggest coming to play one of their magic events, as it gives you the opportunity to meet people and make new friends. Shout out to the awesome staff

I've been playing at Decked Out Gaming for about a year now. The staff was amazing getting me back to MTG after a short (25 years) break. Super patient, always welcoming and helpful. This LGS is all I was expecting: Good service, good products, great events and awesome players! Shout out to B, Clay and Aaron!

Fantastic venue, big space, lots of gaming tables and terrain and friendly staff. There's a sore lack of places to game on the north side and the community should show their support.

Amazing store. Even though I live 1.5 hours away, I've started gaming here regularly for Warhammer because it's always been a wonderful experience. The owner and staff are so patient, friendly, and helpful! The open layout is very chill and spacious. Plus the range of stock they have is quite impressive! Definitely a place I recommend to fellow board/tabletop/card gamers!

The new larger venue upstairs is terrific with plenty on offer with events and products. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!

My son is into gaming and it is something I know nothing about, so I was a bit apprehensive about going to the store. I needn’t have worried, the people there were so helpful, knowledgeable and made it a great experience. We will definitely be back!

I have recently ordered a bunch of MTG revised cards from this amazing store and I was very impressed. This is my first time buying non graded cards online and I was very happy with the quality. I have even purchased more already. Pricing was very reasonable and arrived timely and even packaged in a hard carry case for me at no extra charge. Well done guys/girls this will not be the last time I shop with you.

A brilliant store with really helpful staff. Finally made it to a commander night and had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to go again soon.

Agreeing with all the previous reviews, I can say that the service is really on point. Staff is really friendly, and approachable. Went there for a Magic the gathering pre-release event, met some great, respectful opponents. I will definitely come back!
