I purchased the shower stool and found it to be rather sturdy and not to bulky, will definitely recommend the stool.

Can't fault the product at all but I wish I had thought about it longer before ordering. Only used it for a week because I got it too high. Should have ordered a 5cm not 10cm. My big toe barely scraped the floor so was harder to get up. Very comfortable but don't know why I ordered a blue one either. Didn't really want to advertise it. Ended up purchasing a 5cm which is white and serves my purpose but not quite as soft and comfortable as the blue one.

The stepping stool is very good quality. A friend put it together for me, and raved about how well made it is.

Great product, quick post, I have hip and lower back problems, the Knee/Leg pillow allows me to have a good nights sleep.

The toilet chair itself is great but unfortunately the arms seem a bit fragile. Would be easy to "bodge" up a broken one if required as it just snapped cleanly at what I suspect a join used in manufacturing. I must admit to being surprised anybody carried them as spares (probably speaks to their fragility) but Dear Jane were great, as they were with the original toilet chair purchase. All very easy and smooth, fast delivery once in stock thank you.

Seat cushion serves its purpose. Firmly places me in an elevated position to make use of the keyboard at my study desk. Im happy with the result of this purchase.

Very bad customer service.item never arrived, got confirmation from Auspost that the item is lost, but when I contacted DearJane, they said they are not going to contact Austpost, and I need to get Austpost to contact them. Hello! DearJane should have known that as they have a business account with Austpost, they have to contact Austpost, not the other way around!

Also, the customer service is very bad, I asked what is their email twice, and twice they replied, "you should've already got it" HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS?
