DStE is fabulous! We had a special request regarding seating, and they gave us the perfect table. Everyone is so helpful, especially if you don’t know a certain grape or ingredient, as they’re across all of the wines/dishes, and nothing is a problem. We also love that it’s truly seasonal, so you never get the same menu twice. V good for locals! Thank you.
