We are so lucky to have Damian as the managing agent for both our investment properties. He has showed us that there are in fact good rental agents around but they are a rare find. We have full confidence in Damian and trust that he always makes the right decisions and keeps us informed of any developments as they arise. One recent example was that we had to get some work done on our property just before the pandemic hit and we had some trouble getting a new tenant. Damian helped us through the entire process, he gave us regular updates on the market, conducted virtual house inspections and very soon secured us a tenant.
