Despite other reviews, I find the people who work there friendly and the insta script is really helpful. Really convenient to have a chemist open so late

Called about a supervised test for travel. Was advised good no need to book. Turned up next day sorry can’t do we have painters in. Extra unnecessary stress.

Incredibly rude customer service - particularly from the pharmacist. I should have learnt my lesson before, as each time I’ve had to go in there, I’ve had such a bad experience.

Absolutely atrocious undertrained service, by 1 angry middle aged asian lady, you can't miss her, (for reference sake) I went to pick up an electronic script for urgent antibiotics and the lady first said to me when I walked in "what? " I said ahh I didn't say anything.then i proceeded to ask for my script to be filled and she replied " it wasn't even there. " I have just left hospital after weeks of treatment and told her that a specialist doctor HAS sent you the script she spent another 5min talking to someone else completely ignoring me - confused I waited then asked again she annoyingly went to her computer and said it WAS there and tried to blame me for the confusion, meanwhile I'm there with my girlfriend who also happens to be a pharmacist both of us frustrated we go to checkout and she starts inserting the cash till.when the shop had been open for a while.charges me maximum price on branded medication that she refused to put on the PBS as I am on and basically stole an extra 35$ off me and denied my PBS price which is attached to my Medicare, worst thing is she made me believe my medication wasn't there when it was and I would of left and would of caused a huge problem for me having to go in circles to doctors while I've just left hopsital and still managing to work.as im suffering from serious conditions. It doesn't stop there. I finally got the script only due to my persistence and she lied about her name twice when asked, her 1st fake name is "joy" her 2nd is "joyce" she clearly didn't want to give her name and NOR my medicine.they will lie to you upsell you rip you off and confuse you, undertrained and unacceptable as a healthworker especially during these times, DO NOT EVER GO

Wish i could give -100 stars, absolutely shocking how the pharmacists conduct themselves from overcharging by margins of at least 70%, questioning customers about scripts that they have no authority to do, telling me that my electronic script did not come through (because she already checked in the morning she said) only after much persistence and another look at the computer to tell me that it is there. If i was not insistent i could have walked away without my urgent medication because the pharmacist was unwilling to properly look. On top of everything they refused to give concession prices even though every pharmacy does so with or without viewing your card, and proceeded to charge $20 for a generic script that costs $10 or less anywhere else. DO NOT SET FOOT IN HERE AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

My friend and I bought some prescribed medication from this chemist. Mine was 100% more expensive than its competitor (double the price), and my friend's was about 60% more expensive as well. Even their face masks were expensive. Service was decent but prices are expensive.

Visited 4 times and always had nice experience here. Fast and efficient pharmacists and friendly sales assistants.

Cannot believe the price of my script. I was charged $26.81 for what I've paid $15.50 at other pharmacies (including independents). I try to support independents and small businesses and I understand they need to charge a little more but this is exorbitant and unjustifiable being charged 73% more. When I called to give feedback they said they are a small business and need to make a profit but this is just ripping people off. Will not step foot in that place again.

Whenever I go in there is never a piercer available, and when I ask staff on they just shrug and say they don't know when the piercer is in.
The staff have a bad attitude.

After undergoing major surgery, I went to Day Night Chemist in Crows Nest to get my scripts filled for pain relief. I was given the wrong dosage by the pharmacist (only included two tablets in the packet instead of the prescribed 20) but I was charged full price and only realised the mistake the next morning when I went to take the pain relief. When I returned to Day Night to sort out the issue, the same pharmacist was incredibly rude, dismissive and unapologetic for his mistake. Truly awful customer service and a real lack of patient care and I can see why they have so many poor reviews, not to mention they are overpriced. Definitely will not be returning.

Relieved that chemist warehouse is coming to the area after dealing with very rude staff here. I dare say they are dangerously ignorant of the medications they are dispensing as well.

Rude chemist with an attitude of not giving a care for customer service. Tried to charge me 19$ for a prescription I usually pay 8$ for. When I told him this he basically told me to go there instead then, not even willing to compromise or provide an explanation for the extortion cost.

Be careful! Don't always pay what you're told - do your research or you will be taken for a room.

The pharmacist with shoulder length black hair and glasses needs a lesson in customer service. She had the worst attitude for no reason and I am extremely disappointed with the service we were given.

I have used this chemist for a while now. They are always open when you need them, have fair prices but will also price match, and have super helpful and friendly staff.

I would love if they had an online store but I can’t complain about what they do have on offer.

Disappointed with the service. They did not return my script which had repeats and gave me a different brand of medicine to what I normally get which I may add was more expensive. Will not be coming here again

Staff are nice but I paid for the same medicines for 3 times the price. Just got out from a hospital and that’s not very nice to be ripped off by my local store.

A reliable chemist with friendly staff. The pharmacist’s are always really helpful. For a small price you can also get a medical certificate if you’re off work sick and get some scripts - go to the back of the pharmacy to the counter.

Massively overpriced. $5.99 for a box of Panamax, that’s not “not discounting like the discounters”, that’s called a blatant rip off when it costs $3 at every other pharmacy independent or not.
