I went through Davlin Wealth Management when purchasing my first home.
They made the whole process really easy and I also enjoyed it!
I called them recently about trying to reduce my interest rate as it's gone pretty high due to all the increases. They were able to get it down considerably in just a day of calling them!

I’ve been using David for the last 15 years, initially to set up, & then later to refinance my loans.
Recently, I ran into some issues when it came to settlement time. I was up against one of the Big 4. There was a discrepancy about the fixed interest rate I’d be paying. The loan docs concurred with my online accounts, but the bank, post-settlement, said the rates had gone up. I wasn’t confident this would end happily for me. But with David’s input, support, & expert advice, I managed to achieve the positive outcome I was looking for.
