Great store with great discounts at Christmas and Boxing day. With great service from staff. But Cafe should've stayed open longer for shoppers.
Staff are friendly. This David Jones is really simple to navigate. They also have toilets, lifts, and escalators.
Good variety recently credit store layout and it's much nicer, I wish they had more variety stock which is reason for 4 stars.
Staff helpful with offers to assist. Extensive range of sunglasses at reasonable prices. Great store if after mens wear. Good range beauty gifts for women. Always clean and tidy. They have lifts & escalators.

Unable to find the type of clothing I required. Asked for semiformal and formal wear, was directed to clothing for a 20 yr old, asked for clothing for my age, reply was um um, she did not know the store or where anything was. Left store in disgust.
2nd time I had attempted to make a specific purchase at this location, last being a full week ago, to purchase a Tommy Hilfiger wallet.on both occasions I was told the display case is broken and they cannot access the display or even stock. I was advised they don’t have a date and that It isn’t a priority for their head office and to try online.

Not going to lie, the bathroom facilities were clean as one of the centres toilets were closed for refurbishment. The Sales Assistant seemed happy and helpful when I picked up a nice blue cup from a diner set asking did I need assistance.
No customer service available at the counters leads to buying brands and random sections and then they leave all the security tags on so I have to take a 45 minute drive just to use my purchase. Also no chance at getting through on the phone to talk to anyone about this issue.
There were many types of products in this store, and I could find what I came to look for, however, I feel that everything is a little bit too expensive expensive.
Looking for hand bag for my daughter birthday gift but collection was less.
Myer not there thought to buy from Mayer so had to buy hand bag from DJ
Went to square today to take some clothing back to change sizes after roaming around trying to find someone to serve me finally came across a lady who clearly didn't want to be there she was so rude i just ask for refund i just got out of hospital 2days ago and didn't want to deal with her she almost but did a forensic test on my clothing one article didn't have price tag on it my fault i took it off to.hang on coat hanger but on putting it on released it was to short she gave me refund on track suit pants but told me to find price tag for top then come back i spend a lot of money at your store but guess what i found price tag getting my money back next time i go to square and iam going to spend it some where else she treated me like i had worn them not happy
Best store especially when there are sales. Customer service is great, we are lucky to have this store in MacArthur.

Very supportive and understanding, going above and beyond. Could not have asked for a more thoughtful and pleasant team. Pity Kitchenaid didnt follow the same position as David Jones Macarthur.
