We booked David Hall to inspect a property for a pre-purchase report and a pest inspection recently and was pleasantly surprised. He was on time, very helpful and the report was thorough and detailed. The pest report undertaken was also very thorough, and as a consequence we attended the auction with great confidence regarding the condition of the property.
