David Groom - Personal Trainer/Judo Coach

I have been training with David for over 6 months now.
During this time I have lost 25kgs as well as graded to an Orange belt.
Whilst David has high level international competition experince he also has the ability to break down and explain in detail technical Judo to an absolute beginner.
Would highly recommend.

David is a great fitness and Judo coach, who has helped me in both of these. He can develop a program suitable for a particular athlete's age and goals (as he did for me) and then guide you through it. He's very good with young kids, athletes in their competitive prime and old (er) players too and has the right mix of discipline and encouragement. He is also good with the mental side of competing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any Judoka or general athlete who wants to serious improvement to their fitness and skill level.

I have had an excellent all around experience in my time training with David, his attention to detail and sports specific drills have really improved my understanding and application of my Judo

David’s judo coaching is second to none. Doesn’t matter how my day’s been if I go for a session I always come away feeling great. My Judo has come a long way since being coached by David. Highly recommend. My son’s confidence has also gone through the roof since learning through him. Not only an excellent Judo coach but an inspiration and great all round life coach!
