Dave is very Professional and Responsive, He did a thorough inspection and was timely with sending through the report. He made this part of the process very easy and I highly reccommend his service.

My building report prior to sale was not worth the paper it was printed on. There were several glaring omissions (faults) that should have been obvious to any competent inspector.

David completed our Pest & Building inspection promptly and provided a very detailed and easy to read report. As first home buyers and not sure on the process David was very thorough and gave a follow up phone call briefing of his findings.
