Darling Harbour reviews
53Nice view of the city at night time from darling harbour. The vibrant city is such a beauty
Nice and relaxing at night. Now that IMAX is open and all the scaffolding/fencing is gone, the space looks even better.
Nice view
beautiful place.several options of bars and restaurants.
I recommend.
Lots to see and do amazing place. You can have a loverly walk in the sun and shake the jet lag off
Awesome place easy place to catch a ferry, also check out maritime museum, the aquarium and wildlife world also.great restaurants and cafes.
Increasingly tourist ridden, but still a great spot
Update: with the never ending amount of construction going on it's hard to see the positives
If you are going to the city, this is the place to be. A lot of pubs and cafes. Nice walk around the Bay and a lot of stuffs to do like Bowling, Boating, etc.
Its changed alot since I have been there. It amazing how things change over the year's.
I have always loved Darling harbour.
Had a amazing experience with boat paddling in the harbour. Shame the water isn't looked after, heaps of rubbish incl.masks apart from that scenery is amazing
Didn't know the water play area was such a hit for kids, took my daughter here and she loved it.
If you cbb to go to the beach, pack some Swimmers for the little one and head over here.
The Ferris wheel is definitely something everyone should go on the views of darling harbour are so good
Great place to visit, particularly the maritime museum and the naval vessels (old rig, submarine and fairly modern warship) berthed there-plenty of places to eat-apparently the entire area is to be revamped
Nice place to take kids where they can run around and be kids. This place has changed so much since I was a child but there are still remnants of what it used to be. I get such a nostalgic feeling everytime I come here.
Home to a lot of great restaurants and cafes too, definitely worth a visit if you're visiting Sydney, or revisit if you're a local and haven't been to in ages.
We always love to hang around darling harbour. It was almost two years I wasnot there but I enjoyed.
How good are the restaurants. Olivos was fantastic with the waiter giving excellent assistance. The family was totally impressed. All covid safe.
Home to our new fleet of Subs. Just arrived, 2nd hand Chinese, circa 1941, unfortunately, unable to submerge, due to leaks, however as long as there is plenty of chewing gum on board, should stay afloat, torpedo production finished in 1946, however guaranteed to frighten small whales and squid.
Great day out for the whole family, take a picnic or buy meals at takeaways, cafes n restaurants.
An impromptu visit meant we just enjoyed what was available. Could not find a place to sit down and eat so settled for take-out and eating from a park bench which was fine. But loved the walkabout in a beautiful setting. Not overly busy (other than the couple of restaurants that were open and understaffed and over capacity). So enjoyed strolling around. Most places closed so missing some of the buzz, but a pleasant evening out.
What's not to love. Good range of eateries, wide paths for distancing, plenty of benches / seating areas.
