I found Danielle and Bobby after visiting a number of jewellers in the Sydney CBD and being underwhelmed by them. By the end of my first appointment their 5 star review rating made perfect sense, both Danielle and Bobby are completely customer focussed and openly shared as much knowledge as they could to ensure no matter who made the ring, even if it wasn’t them, I would get the best outcome possible. While I had a pretty good idea of what I was after, they were both fantastic at helping me work through all the options to decide on a final design and worked with me to have it made within my tight timeframe. Which I greatly appreciated. My Fiancé absolutely loved the ring and I would have no hesitation in recommending Danielle and Bobby to anyone and will definitely be going back in future to have other jewellery made.

Bobby and Danielle are the best jewellers in Sydney! We had my beautiful pink sapphire engagement ring and wedding ring designed and made by them 4 years ago - and I still get compliments on the ring all the time! They also offer amazing post-purchase service - whenever I’m in the city I pop in to get my rings cleaned for free, and they are genuinely interested in how our life is going we recommended these guys to our friends who also got their rings from them - and they are super happy too. They always make you feel very welcome in their store and you know your ring was made with love and care, which makes it all the more special.

After 26 years of marriage … my engagement, wedding and eternity rings were too squeezy and sadly sitting in the cupboard instead of on my finger.

Bobby took on the challenge of separating my joined rings to enlarge them to the perfect size and then retack them back together. He managed to do this without damaging the rings and was even able to save the sentimental engraving on the inside.

Nothing was too much for Bobby. He took the time to understand what was important and made sure he delivered the best possible result.
