Great appliances that come with everything I need to cook in my kitchen, I have the black dishwasher which leaves my dishes shiny and dry after every wash. Definitely recommend this product!

Honestly, it is the worst appliances I have ever came across. I built my wife a new kitchen using Daniela appliances (dishwasher, oven, cook top, rangehood) and 1 year later everything stopped working, dishwasher stopped washing, oven stopped heating, cook top got stained. Called them up to fix it "proof of purchase" was needed even though i had misplaced the receipt. Very unreliable brand, do not purchase from them as they will dissapoint you! Waste of money! Not recommended to anyone.

Appliance Exploded and then they are charging for repair.
I didn't choose glass gas stovetop but I moved into the house with this stovetop. It exploded and they e-mailed me basically charging full price for an exchange.
I called and went to their headquarters and got no answer. Had to e-mail.
This is poor customer service in Australia and it's perfectly embodied in this company.
This could have caused deleterious effects on my partner's health.
Simply said, if it breaks due to no fault of my own, there needs to be some sort of reimuburesment for the damage made.

The after sale service is beyond. I was told by my kitchen renovation team I would be looked after if I purchase Daniela appliances during my renovation. Warranty is on everything- fast forward 2 yrs, my warranty was over but the the team was super helpful and I honestly felt looked after.sometimes small gestures just go a long way.will be recommending Daniela Appliances to our friends and family going forward! I had three Daniela products in my kitchen, dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop. I bought them 4 years ago and still functioning well and strong. They are easy to use, elegant and fast cooking (induction cooktop), absolutely worth every dollar. Special thanks to Daniela who responded and resolved the issue within a day! Such a lifesaver! I have recently purchased a new home. As is with all new homes, there are transitions. I have 2 Danielle products, a dishwasher and an oven at my home. I have had numerous inquiries and adjustments that have needed to be made (at no fault of product) and the team has been attentive and responsive at all times. Great customer service. Great product. I've owned a Daniela oven for 11 years, recently it has slowed down. Called Daniela and I was amazed at how helpful the staff were. I was offered to have it fixed however, the price of a new Daniela insert oven was too good to refuse! In the same time I've owned my Daniela oven, my neighbour has had to replace his oven on 2 occasions and they were both "well known" brands! I strongly recommend giving Daniela a go. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

So when I met Daniela and her team I was grateful to see friendly faces who were eager to get to know me and my needs above all else.

Unfortunately they didn’t have the sink in stock. BUT fortunately though, I was lucky to have Daniela go over, above and BEYOND expectation by delivering the sink to my stonemason the following morning!

Bless Daniela and her team, they’re my first thought if I ever need appliances, sinks and taps in the future!
