We were eagerly awaiting a two-parcel delivery and when the first arrived we realised that we would be away when the second parcel arrived (next delivery day in our area).
The driver took notes and made sure that if he was not on the run he could pass on the alternate drop off address to the next driver.
Second parcel was delivered to alternate address just fine.
We really appreciate the extra care and effort taken by the Daniel Trucking staff.
