Extremely disappointing, negligent and unprofessional service from Daniel Lee and Eva Xu as selling agents. Managed to exchange an incorrect version of the sales contract, missing key document, causing significant financial damage for purchaser. Not only so, these agents denied responsibility for their own mistake and shifted blame towards other parties.

I would strongly recommend avoiding their services as it is beyond belief that a licenced real estate agent could exchange an incorrect version of the contract with missing documentation.

Question whether this was a genuine mistake or an act of intentional misleading conduct?
