Would highly recommend Dalton for buying or property management. They've helped us out in a tricky situation where not many would.

We tenanted a property we own through Dalton's, they failed to pass notice on to the tenants (as directed) to vacate so our family had no place to live for around 2 weeks. To encourage the tenants to move out promptly Dalton's offered a weeks free rent of my money! Dalton's failed to complete final inspection duties and we were forced to complete the tenancy process to recover the outstanding monies for unpaid rent and damages. We were long standing customers but have switched to a local family agent with ethics, morals and a high standard of service, an absolute pleasure to deal with in comparison. It was a horrible experience for both the ex-tenants and ourselves. Dalton's should be ashamed of themselves, acknowledge and correct their mistakes, not continue to lie and deceive as they are doing below when stating my feedback is blatantly incorrect. To add, at no stage was any offer of compensation made by Dalton's for the monetary costs of finding a place to live for 2 weeks at our expense due to Dalton's incompetence.

We bought a house from Daltons 2 years ago that belonged to one of their staff members. It turned out to be a complete money-sponge of a lemon. While the house appeared beautiful, the sub floor & piers were all falling apart. They arranged a building report themselves which did not list this. They knew of rising damp issues & even had quotes to have this rectified. We were told by Andrew that the rising damp issues were all sorted.
My key lesson - don't trust building reports, they are almost useless, especially when the vendor arranges them. Thanks for the bonus $100k bill guys.

I rented a unit in Merewether through Dalton partners and was dealing with Kelly. She and the whole team at Dalton are wonderful, professional and always helpful. This business is very well represented with a talent in real estate I cannot recommend highly enough. As a home owner, landlord & investor of a small property portfolio Ms Kristen Murnane is in my opinion the best agent I have done business with. I currently deal with several real estate agents in NSW & QLD and Kristen is very professional, great personality and has a fantastic attitude. For me buying & selling property usually feels like having teeth pulled out but you are a credit to this real estate business, thank you for efforts in selling my home.
