Daiso Japan reviews
24A bit crowded due to small space but still have many selection of stuff available to choose from.
Larger range merch over $2.80, eg homewares and cushion range Staff always pleasant in these stores.
I was served by an asian guy who was unfriendly and rude. I know I shouldn't expect customer service here but very different from Daiso in Japan. 19Feb2020
Tons of good junk that you didn't necessarily know that you need but are glad you have once you own it
Whats there not to love about daiso? Its amazing! So many cute organizing objects or tiny home improvements, decorations with emotions and stationary items that i really have to talk myself out of not buying bc i have no use for it but DAMN it I WANT IT ITS CUTE LITTLE SEALS.i also really like their hair accessory options and snacks.yum
Good store for everyday items for reasonable price. Difficult to go inside with stroller though. Tried mangorind candy. It was yumm.
Good place for shopping. The staff are nice and they have many choices and the location is good
A good collection of items with reasonable pricing. I have haught items like food carry bag, mug and some plastic containers there.
Huge variety of stuff that's better quality than the stuff in your typical dollar shop.
Prices are really good for some items. Cast iron pans for less than $4? How do they do it? !
Convenient location, too!
Small Daiso in the city, it has some essentials and a small collection of the stuff that makes Daiso great.
Like every other Daiso. This one is relatively small. But got most of things they could offer. Staff are nice and friendly. Overall a good shop.
Big discount store, pretty much everything available and surprisingly high quality for the prices. Staff always attentive.
This is a relatively cheap "fun" shop with a decidedly Japanese flavour. Lots of crazy foods and drinks to try and a lot of interesting and fun gift ideas too.
Cheap stuff but when you're waiting 10 minutes to get served whilst the staff have a chat it's a tad annoying. Zero care.
Thought it was great until I went to Asia aparently Daiso is meant to be an everything is $2 shop, but they decide for australia it is $2.80 (its not because of exchange rate or shipping - I know.)
Still you can find some great bargains. USB Cables are cheap, pens that are 4 colours and a pencil pen are twenty+ cheaper than officeworks and better quality and was great for little travel items before my trip.
I was a bit alarmed by the amount of recalls from there though.
They seem to browbeat people into buying reusable bags. I was served by Jerrick who behaved very strange, giving me a long speech on how bags plastic will be banned on Australia, busy delivering his memorised speech, he billed one of the items twice. Please.pay attention to billing.as we are there to shop.not get a lesson from Greenpeace.
Excellent place for all handy items you need everyday. 90% of items are $2.80.if it doesn't have a price then it is $2.80.
I can't get enough of this place. I'm a bit of a japanophile, so i love all the quirky things they have in Japan. Of course Daiso only provides a taste of a few of those things, and there's heaps of just regular old junk in there, but there's a healthy smattering of weird things, and mostly for their standard super low price. A friend once bought me a few things as a gift, and I've used it numerous times for that: if you're worry or you have quirky friends you can always find something funny in there.
I had so much fun browsing as there are plenty of lovely
Japanese stuff in here. Great bargains.unusual things.
They're very affordable too. It's a must visit
