36Loved the diverse range of iced tea flavours, generous serving sizes and the delicious frozen yoghurt. Highly recommend!
I think maybe you should train your staff on customer service or even just simple kindness. Just came in to make an order there was 3 staff behind the counter I was not greeted was not even looked at but still I waited to be served and still nothing so I ended up just walking out. My husband encouraged me to go back in with him to order so we went back in this time it was only 1 of the staff from earlier (5 minutes before) and still nothing. No greeting no smile did not even look at us nothing so we just walked out again. I gave 3 stars because the food is actually good so maybe i’ll just stick to ordering on uber eats at least then I can actually order something.
Lovely little gem, I came here last night with my partner and a mate around 11: 30 and the owner and staff were very nice and accommodating. Good flavour options and good value. $20 gets you a lava cake and a generous sized froyo with toppings.
Awesome service and yummy açai, the guy who served me, not sure if he’s the owner but he’s very nice and funny
Worst staff worst restro. There is a female staff who is rude, i dont know how this people run business.
Bustling places around dinner time on a Tuesday night in Greenacre. I like how they have capitalised on combining the fro-yo, bubble tea, gelato dessert places and put them together conveniently to meet the varying palates of multicultural Sydney. Acai Froyo was great!
The yummiest flavours! It’s quite busy on the weekends and the lines are really long, but worth it for the delicious froyo
10/10 experience. Probably the best froyo in Sydney, watermelon and original flavours are addictive. So many flavours to choose from and they do customised flavours too which is very cool and unique. Highly recommend:) will definitely return to try their açai range.
My orders always correctly made. Never had any complications, besides the occasional long waits depending on how busy they are, which is understandable. Great customer service.
I definitely think they should upgrade to a larger shop because of its popularity.
Your staff is loosing you business. Your yoghurt didn’t taste as good as chain stores. I originally prefer to support local shops. The one star reflects your service overall.
Staff aren’t really welcoming. Food and quality is standard and what can be expected from other dessert stores. On street seating available
This is the usual froyo spot I go to with my partner. The froyo tastes so nice every time and we love the wide variety of toppings available.
Last week I went in to order again but also wanted to ask if they have a bathroom nearby. I approached the counter slowly and waited until the staff saw me. The male staff saw me first and greeted me, however as I’m closer to the counter the two female staff were chatting. That is completely fine since I also work in customer service and I understand sometimes you just wanna catch up with your coworker, all good. But as one of the female staff approached the counter she gave me a big eye roll, probably because I interrupted their conversation, I feel bad but also as a customer, I know this is totally unacceptable, giving attitudes to your customer that wasn’t even rude to you at all in the first place.
Will consider if I should come back to this shop (the dessert is genuinely nice though) because of the way I was treated, I know whatever my decision is to go back to the shop won’t affect the staff in anyway. However, if the owner or the person in charge happen to see this review, I hope they can realise the importance of staff attitude when serving, as a rude encounter definitely is capable of ruining someone’s day.
I specifically ordered a honeydew GREEN tea from Dairee Greenacre and the girl taking the order made it a milk tea without even double-checking with me that she had gotten the order right. Clearly the servers aren’t taught to care OR listen properly to orders. Completely unacceptable - the burden should not be on the customers to repeat the order back to make sure it’s correct - this should be the SERVER’s job!
The best yoghurt! So refreshing and full of flavour, but! The honeydew flavour needs to be a permanent option because it’s sooooooo good! Everyone needs to taste how amazing this flavour is!
Phenomenal customer service, great flavours and a variety of toppings available. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be travelling back here as my FroYo cravings will most definitely strike again.
To the witty, helpful gentleman who took my order and to the girls who helped prepared it; thank you!
First time ordering bubble tea was amazing and such lovely service definitely will be ordering more from here
Always 10/10 service, and an amazing variety to choose from! Love their fro-yo! Perfect place for a great night treat:)
Excellent service, great place for a late night after dinner hang out. Bonus entertainment from modified cars being located strategically at an intersection of 2 main roads in Greenacre (it’s fully hektik brah).
First time trying Dairee and it was great! Staff are friendly, music was pumping and the soft serve is on point. Was a little overwhelmed with all the decisions but the staff were more than happy to help and explain things. Definitely on my list for a guilt free treat! Thanks Dairee.
I get treated like a celebrity every night I come around.
The frozen yoghurt and Boba tea is baller also.
