Very bad services. Moved home with minimal stuff (furniture only) and took them 8 hours to complete. We got fine from the building management because of the late moving as it took them so long and passed the allowed moving time. It took them more than 4 hours to load everything into a truck, while everything was pre-packed and we only asked them to move furniture. Workers picked up long calls while moving, and did nothing while taking calls and still charged us. Really bad experience and wont recommend to anyone. Very disappointed and wonder where all the good feedbacks are from.

**WARNING** TERRIBLE UNRELIABLE SERVICE. First they called the afternoon before to confirm the move, and then called late at night and cancelled my move the next morning knowing I could not book elsewhere that late. They could not even tell me what time late in the evening the next day I would be able to move. This was terribly inconvenient and put us at financial loss, and made things very difficult with a little baby. Be warned these guys are very unprofessional and unreliable. I warn you against booking with this company.

Hired these guys for our move yesterday and it could not have been a better experienced. The arrived about 15 mins early which shows how professional they are. The truck was huge so it could fit all our stuff in. The hydraulics were amazing which made it so much easier and obviously safer for items like furniture, fridges, chairs etc.the two movers were extremely polite and obliging and never complained. I’ve heard some horror stories about removalists but I can now honestly say, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this business to any of our friends.

Great removalist company! They cost $110/hour (for 2 movers) with a minimum of 2 hours and a call-out fee of $110. Trucks were huge and they have different sizes depending on your needs. All trucks have tail lifts which helps when moving bulky stuff as you don’t wanna have dents/damages when they lift it up/down the truck.

The team of movers were great - friendly, handling of items with care and pretty quick. You could tell they were pretty experienced with how they efficiently stack items when moving.

You might have trouble with communication but you barely need to have much communication with the movers anyways as all of it is organised through the phone with an operator that speaks perfect English.

Angela the coordinator was very friendly and helpful. Tim and the movers were friendly, quick and had lots of care when moving the furniture. Would use them again.

Moved houses on the 21st of Oct and after paying almost $800, the men have scratched and dented my new fridge, scratched my dresser and chipped my concrete coffee table. Been a week and still very upset everytime I go to open my fridge.

The two removalists were careful in handling the furniture and I did appreciate that. However, the company might have used the same truck and hand trolleys in other non-residental removal jobs. I found lots of dark stains on my furniture and they were so hard to remove. The stains looked like machine grease and when they got on the fabric of furniture, it's impossible to remove them completely. That was quite a frustrating experience for me. In view of that, the company use always use shrink wrap to protect customers' furniture first before they start to use their tools to handle them.

Interstate move from sydney to brisbane. Truck arrived on time. Very quick turn around time. Extremely happy with the service.price is very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

They did the job ok, but slower than other removalist, driver lunch hour counted as your moving time. Three steps to access the building they counted as a level and charge extra.

As a college, we have moved an entire college with Da Jin.very reliable, efficient services with very competitive pricing. Everything was well organised, friendly people. Highly recommended.
