I had two pairs of hiking pants taken up; Natty was wonderful and took the time to discuss lengths and the pro/cons of the different options. Very affordable pricing and reliable workmanship, highly recommended.

I told that lady not to hang the clothes directly on the hanger, but to fold the clothes before hanging them, In order to avoid any hanging marks. She told me she will fold it anyway. But when I went to get the clothes, the clothes were already hung up. Also there are some visible marks on the clothes, I’m sure she saw them as well. Very disappointed

Natty is the best! I've never been to a tailor before so I was quite nervous, but she made the experience so wonderful. She is so friendly, kind and did such an amazing job shortening a maxi skirt into a midi skirt for me. She took the time to show me different lengths that would work with how the buttons were arranged, and was so sweet in returning to me the button she took off and sewing it onto the inside of the skirt as a spare button. She is very talented and knowledgeable at what she does, couldn't recommend her enough! Highest quality of work and she is my go-to for alterations now. Very reasonable prices too, and Natty is great at explaining how she calculates the price in the quote before starting work.

Although I just had small repairs, I'm more than happy to go back in the future for any size repair or alterations. Extremely friendly service and everything was explained well before and after. Great business. Although I no longer work in Chatswood I still get all my dry cleaning done here. Would highly recommend.

I had my grandma's knitwear jacket altered, everywhere else around chatswood I asked said it was a hard job and gave me ridiculous prices. Anyway then i came here, she was so nice and attentive telling me exactly what she was going to do. I came back to collect few days later and it was perfect. I told her a specific length arm and shoulder and that's what i got.

Highly recommended this place. Nattamon, the seamstress is very talented & knowledgeable. She always find a solution for what needs to be done - from simple to much more complicated jobs. Very reasonably priced compare to the other ones around
