We had another great morning training with Cynergex, the trainers are engaging, knowledgable and friendly. We love having Cynergex as our first aid training provider.

We have used Cynergex for a number of years now. It is very beneficial to be brought up to date with the changing protocols and revise the old ones. Having a clinical specific orientation is very useful. Despite the repetition the are always enjoyable

Breaks it down in a way that helps demystify the process of dealing with such situations. Always up-to-date and practical and online learning and associated resources are great!

We had Cynergex run an in house dental first aid course for our dental nurses, reception team and doctors which was fantastic. The total course ran for 5 hours (with mini breaks) and time flew past that by the end we didn't even realise 5 hours had passed.

Vonny the educator got the whole team involved with CPR practice and different dental medical scenarios, she was such an amazing, friendly and approachable person that answered any question we threw at her with a smile on her face. Highly recommend Cynergex and Vonny. We will be using Cynergex again for a refresh next year and requesting Vonny, she was fantastic!

Thank you to Shontel and Sally for attending our clinic at Nundah Village Dental to complete our Medical Emergency Training. We have been using Cynergex for many years now and find the content that is presented extremely relevant and tailored to our workplace. It is also highly engaging for the team members that have completed the training many times before. Having equipment available for hands on training is so helpful and gave our team the confidence that should an emergency happen in the work place we would be well equipped with how to deal with it.

Thank you to Cynergex for another successful Medical Emergencies in the Dental Practice training day. I feel that I shouldn't describe this training as enjoyable but Vonny brought a sense of fun to the training by introducing relatable stories and making what could be dry content into something memorable and interesting. We close our practice annually so the whole team can complete this important training as we find it prepares us for situations we encounter through each year. Having used Cynergex for years, we can't recommend them enough for any practice looking to undertake team training.

We recently had training for Medical Emergencies with Tori, and had a fantastic time doing so. Tori was incredibly knowledgeable, made the lessons fun and interesting, and kept the program simple and understandable. Previous courses we've completed elsewhere are complex and exhausting and often times you forget so much of the information learned. But after this course, we are more confident in the roles we will play if we ever find ourselves in a situation where we need to draw on our new skills.

Amazing trainers, very impressed with the level of knowledge transferred in an easily understandable and practical way. The knowledge retained from this training was well above any other first aid and medical graining I have previously undertaken. Thanks Bonnie for breaking it all down into easily digestible sections and driving it home with all of the practice activities and scenarios, also a great team building activity while training together.

We had our Medical Emergency Training last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The training was timely, informative, educational and easy to follow and understand. Already booked for our refresher for next year. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to protect their staff and clients.

Maven Dental Cairns City staff have completed our annual CPR and Medical Emergency training.
