Placed an order for a whiskey decanter and 2 glasses which I wanted personalised with a name and date. A 70th birthday gift and I was looking for an Australian owned company for the product. Nothing but great experiences with this company. Everything I have ordered always comes within 2-3 days and is fabulous quality.

I work at my local pub and recently we lost 1 of our long time loved patrons. She would hold in the buzzer at our serving window just to keep our bar staff on their toes, she was a very much loved part of our little pub. I purchased a gold plaque in memory of her. Bought an item that was not as it appeared on website. Offered to replace but expected me to pay postage back to the store then back to me! Meaning i would be out of pocket for their error! Tried to resolve issue but very poor customer service hence poor review. They tried to tell me i was causing issues for them as a small business- they dont know my situation -i too dont have money to throw away - shocking service.

Can't comment on products however the online service don't provide clear instructions for ordering, then expect you to pay extra; and then refuse to refund when you don't want to increase your budget. Response to request for refund was less than pleasant.

Custom Kings were great to deal with when ordering thankyou/appreciation gifts.
I had questions prior to my order and they were very quick to respond and nothing was a silly question.
Delivery was fast also.
The products look exactly as they appeared on the website.
If anything, the only issue i have (which could be a mistyping) is that when you enter what you would like engraved in the box, I put a comma in the line meaning for it to be on a new line. The engraveing has the comma between lines.
The product and engraving quality is great though.
