Alexx and Adam attended our property after it was purchased and cleaned carpets and a window seat. We were impressed with their efforts and their flexibility to work around our schedule. Highly recommend.

We had Alex and his team clean our tiles when we first moved in to our new house they were so professional and good at there job our tiles looked great. We then had them back to do our carpets and they come up amazing they had previously been done buy another company (Electodry) who were cheaper but done a horrible job any stains they did remove reappeared! And they will not move any furniture, I was amazed at how great my carpets look and couldn't believe how dirty they were, specially being done a few months earlier, you definitely get what you pay for, we will use Custom Dry again and highly recommend them. We are now getting them back to spray for pests

I have been very pleased with my experience of the work done by Custom Dry. Originally I had several stubborn stains on my cream carpet which no other company - two others to be precise - had been able to remove. Along comes Custom Dry and, it is no exaggeration, the carpet was back to its original condition. I had not thought it possible for that to happen. I have found all the staff to be very courteous. I have been treated with a respect and graciousness which, in my experience, has been rare. I particularly appreciate the fact that they arrive at the appointed time or, if there has been some delay, I am notified well in advance of what is happening and exactly what the new time frame will be. This courtesy and understanding that I have things to do and fit in just lifts the whole process to another level. Lounge was soiled and had dark marks that would have been very difficult to get out. Tony and his team did such a wonderful job - looks brand new again! Highly recommend this team to anyone needing a lounge cleaned.

Alexx was extremely friendly and professional when he attended my house after a washing machine misadventure. Time was not an issue as he came within hours of my call. He dried my carpet, organized a carpet layer to relay my carpet (which he saved from ruin), and he returned to do a really deep professional clean. We had a flooded house due to a water leak. Alexx came in and went above and beyond to dry out our flooring and save it from further damage. He was so professional and helpful through the whole process, and our floors were saved! We would highly recommend their services.
