Rocked into the Moore Park store, unsure what I was even looking for. The first couch I saw was unreal and I came back later that day to buy it off the floor. I might be back for some of that art! My man Jamie was the best, made us feel really well looked after and made the decision even easier. Love to see great customer service!

Excellent customer service from Brad Daley at Moire Park. Very courteous & explained everything to me. Any questions I had were pleasantly & happily answered. The showroom shop was very clean. Happy to give them my custom! Can’t wait to get my new item:) Thankyou

The in-store experience was good and the measurements were exact. The problem is they use relatively cheap foam for the cushions so after a year it's almost like you are sitting on the wooden frame. This is especially true if you are a larger person. I would go so far to say that the lounges in the store on the floor don't represent what is delivered at least on the cushion/foam side of things.

In hindsight I would probably spend a extra and get a lounge with better quality cushions but for how cheap they are it makes sense. Don't recommend the lounges here and make sure to confirm and check the cushion type.

The sofa was delivered close to the estimated time. There was damage to the sofa upon delivery. David from Moore Park quickly got onto the case, arranged for a pickup, provided a temporary sofa whilst the repairs were being carried out, and then returned the sofa fixed.

The sofa itself is perfect, it's exactly what we wanted, and the way they handled the problem was just perfect.

I would gladly trust them again with further purchases and recommend them to other prospective buyers.

Delivered furniture was not the furniture that I ordered for my custom design.
Also I had horrible experiences from the sales person Diana.

I ordered custom made Dining table and Dining chairs.
The delivered dining chairs were not the ones I ordered. The chairs fabric were different from what I have chosen.

The store said that the fabric was not available so the manufacture chose other fabric available.
What a ridiculous! I ordered for Custom Designs furniture. If the fabric was not available, why they did not contact the customer and make customer to choose other fabric by customer’s choice.

They did not response my emails for the issue to be resolved so I had to call the store.
I spoke to Diana 3 times. But she had no capability to deal with customer issues. She started yelling at me over the phone and hung up the phone. That unacceptable behaviour occurred “twice”.
It was all their fault but I have had that horrible experiences as their customer. No one cares about the customers after the sales.

We bought 4 products from the Moore Park shop. A Tv entertainment unit that was stock but had to have modifications making it taller. A stock mirror (great price) and completely bespoke Bedhead and dining table and chairs. Nothing was too hard for Adam to organise. The table was made from our requirements nothing like they had in shop and it is fantastic and was incredibly reasonably priced and very high in quality.
I can thoroughly recommend this company for their stock items but also if you need something similar but a little different or something completely different. Its never too hard

LOVE our custom made buffet - it is exactly what we wanted but couldn't find anywhere. A big thanks to Anthony and staff for their invaluable input and professionalism. Custom made really is style at an affordable price.

In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this company brought a whole new level of Excellent Professionalism to make the whole process seem so easy.
I ordered a Custom made China Cabinet in American Oak, in no time at all they made it exactly to my specifics.i was totally bowled over when it arrived, just how beautiful it turned out, i will love it for a lifetime, and am sure it will be handed down to the next generation to enjoy, it really is made soo well!

Its been about 6 months since purchasing a custom lounge and entertainment unit from Risky and team at Custom Designs - The sales experience was like working with a close friend to achieve the best outcome possible. Every part of the process was done thoughtfully and with complete clarity. This team knows their craft and asks all the right questions to ensure the piece comes out just how you want it!

Custom made, quality furniture that is very reasonably priced. These people really know their furniture. We have dealt with Jayne, Riz and Anthony at the Moore Park store and they were all so helpful, patient & knowledgeable. We live in a small apartment and wanted furniture in slightly smaller proportions than what was on display so that it didn't crowd our apartment and gave it the appearance of being quite spacious. With the buffet we odered, we wanted a door in the middle where drawers normally were and we also didn't want certain trims that were on the standard buffet. This was all able to be done at no extra cost. They even made us an entertainment unit in a corner cabinet version (which I'm sure was a pain to make) to match the buffet and once again at no additional cost.   The staff's attention to detail in understanding exactly what we wanted even incuded them drawing a diagram with measurements for each item and confirming with us that it was how we wanted the finished product to look We have now purchased a dining table, buffet, coffee table and entertainment unit from them and all were beautifully made. I highly recommend this company.

I was extremely fortunate to be assisted by Rizky one of the most professional furniture consultants I have dealt with in forty years of shopping. I purchased floor stock and had custom items made for the bedroom and dinning room. You can feel confident that you will leave the shop with good advice and furniture that meets your needs. I would highly recommend the store to anyone with a desire for good service and quality products. Rizky is a great example of their highly trained and skilled staff who know their products, and want to give you a personal touch of service, that makes customers like me return for more purchases.
