Greg and his team went above and beyond during and after the renovation of our home.
The workmanship is excellent and the quality of the finish is exactly as we expected, simply stunning.
Our project was much bigger than any of us expected due to our house being quite old and having a lot of asbestos. Greg ensured the project was delivered in a timely manner and did everything within his power to contain any additional costs incurred during the build. We were very happy with the costs and the results.
We have had no trouble getting Greg ‘s team back to sort out any minor issues and Chad, our supervisor even helped us sort out a problem while we were overseas recently even though it had nothing to do with the build.
We could only highly recommend Greg and the Custom Built Team.

My Wife and I have lived in many different houses but have never been as happy in a house as I am in this house. By far the most professional company I had the pleasure of getting a quote from, and the professionalism didnt stop there. Amazing to deal with throughout the whole build. We completed a massive renovation over an 8 month period and it was finished on time almost to the day when the team promised it would. Since completion I have had nothing but compliments from valuers etc to say the level of detail was amazing compared to most they see. Greg and the team at Custom Built Projects were nothing short of amazing to work with on our recent Commercial office build and interior fit out! Greg first met with us himself over 2 years ago to discuss our plans and for the new office build that Dane, our Principal and owner of the building had in mind. From there Greg and the CB team worked with us every step of the way to bring those visions to life and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Their workmanship, attention to detail, personal project management and innovative approach to their work showcased why they came so highly recommended to us and why they are the team to use. Not to mention their professionalism and the way they maintained the site keeping it as clean and tidy as possible throughout every stage. When we embarked upon our dream to renovate our perfectly positioned but aged and deteriorating property, it wasn’t long before we found ourselves wallowing in a mire of planning and approval processes. After nearly two years of striving for our goal it seemed that we were going in circles with no clear direction forward.

Enter Greg Wells and his amazing Custom Built team. Greg was our salvation, creating order out of chaos, refining and consolidating our ideas and driving our vision forward. He coordinated and oversaw every detail and finish that went into our home as if it were his own.

Ours is a steep and challenging block but Greg was able to come up with creative and innovative solutions... All the time being mindful of our budget whilst delivering quality workmanship and materials. We were particularly impressed with the unique entrance to our property which Greg designed to frame magnificent views over The Bay whilst providing a practical and sheltered entrance to our home.

Together with Site Manager Rob, Estimator and Project Manager Mitch and Office Manager Traci, we had a reliable, friendly and supportive team working with us. They were always just an email or a phone call away to assist and support us.

On site, Greg’s carpenters, tradespersons and subcontractors were welcoming and justifiably proud to walk us through the current stage of the construction. There were too many of them to name individually but a big shout out goes to regulars Ryan, Jake and Lachie whose commitment and high standard of workmanship reassured us that our home was in good hands. The entire team put in an extraordinary effort in the final week to ensure that we could be in our home for Christmas.

Greg made us a promise... And he delivered. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough.

Unfortunately this builder had no respect for neighbors and their property.
Continually using neighbors property as his work site with no permission or consideration for safety of the neighbors and their tenants.
Would never recommend them to anyone as builder.

We recently had Custom Built Projects to complete a 2nd floor addition and renovation of the first floor, and I can't tell you how happy we are. Greg and his team take a lot of pride in what they do and our finished space was exactly what we had envisioned. His team of employees were great to work with from office staff, site staff right up to management. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. Greg and his Team were always respectful to deliver what we wanted. Once the job started it was all go to get the job done with effective communication and hard work. I now have my dream studio with cathedral ceilings.
