Doesn’t cater to anyone who finishes work past 6 which sucks when you’re looking for a female only gym. Get with the times.

It’s more like going to the disco than going to a gym. It’s a vibrant and happy place thanks to the energetic and enthusiastic ladies who work there and who share many tips for physical improvements. Please keep going, girls. It’s the best Curves in my fifteen years of membership.

What a fantastic place to work out, get fit and have fun all at the same time. Thanks to the wonderful trainers I’m staying healthy at 70.

Thanks to Caringbah Curves for another great year. I enjoy the variety of the classes and everyone is always made to feel so very welcome by the friendly, caring and professional coaches. Thanks for pushing me that bit further when I slacken off and for correcting my style if needed. Fellow members are so unpretentious and friendly. I think this is my third year since joining. I have never lasted this long at a gym before and I know every class I attend makes me healther and stronger.

maps showed me that this place is in the middle of the kingsway.i turned up but saw no equpment, no staff, and very rude non customers that would hit me with their car.overall a 5/10 experience probably will head here again

Curves Caringbah it is an amazing gym, the support from Ana, Jo and Nicolle it is incredible.
They are always making sure we are ok, always encouraging us to keep going to achieve our goals.
All the members are great, very friendly and the atmosphere make you feel happy
Also very safe, always making sure that the gym it is 100% safe all the time.

I absolutely love my gym Curves Caringbah. From the incredible and supportive trainers to the beautiful members who many I now call friends in a comfortable and friendly environment it truly is the best gym ever.
5 years on and I still love & look forward to going and doing my 30 minute workouts.
It is a real credit to the Curves Caringbah team on just how wonderful the gym really is and the results that you achieve.
