Friendly and supportive staff and a relaxed, female only environment. Half hour circuit for quick visit.

I joined Curves as I was lonely and needed to exercise. I found a safe, welcoming and fun place. It's a great way to start the day and I leave there feeling happy and full of energy. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Why not give it a go?
