I was gifted a Learn to Fly Trial Introductory Flight - 60 Minutes for a milestone birthday. I'm retired from Qantas, however not a pilot. This was one of the best experiences I can remember. I loved every minute. Even if you don't want to continue with flying lessons, I can highly recommend this to anyone. Whether you have an interest in aviation or not, do yourself a favour and give it a go. What a blast!

Great place to fly. Lovely people. Good place to learn.the instructors are great, very patient and very skilled. Get a joyflight in the Pitts if you can. Nothing like it!

We came here after reading good reviews. Be careful with this place. My partner flew with them and she got different instructor giving her different instructions every time. Sometimes her bookings were changed without notice. They seriously lack coordination and commitment. Eventually we left this place disappointed. Completely overhyped. Smooth talkers and rip off.

Absolute hidden gem of aviation. I have just done my instrument rating with the most experienced single- and multi-engine instrument pilot in this country, providing tons of hands on tips for instrument flying. Not just theory but practical tips and experience! Where else would you have one of the most talented Royal Flying Doctors pilot teaching you their best procedures? It is absolutely priceless. And their fleet is perfect for any kind of training - most modern IFR machines, best tailwheel trainers, aerobatics. List goes on and on. Even if you are in WA it is worth doing a trip to get trained by The Best in this country!

I bought my wife a joy flight for her birthday and as a spur of the moment decision I also indulged. The experience was unbelievable. The views were breathtaking and we were also able to spend time controlling the plane in flight. We were so impressed that we both decided to take it further and begin training to become pilots.
The team at Curtis Aviation are very welcoming and accomodating. I was amazed at how attainable getting your pilots licence is. My wife and I are so glad we started this little adventure.

Super friendly staff, my partner thoroughly enjoyed his flying experience. He was able to fly the plane for the majority of time while in the air, landed with a big grin and couldn't wipe it off his face. Definitely recommend!

I booked learn to fly 30 minutes session for my husband as a birthday surprise. It was lifetime amazing experience for him and wanted to come back again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pilot Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. After flying session he showed us other different features plane. Thanks for amazing experience

I had a voucher for my birthday to fly for the first time. It was always a bucket list item for me and it was fantastic. They were running a bit behind schedule with my flight but when it happened it was brilliant and one of the best things I have ever done. Very professional and friendly staff and well-maintained aircraft. Now I want to get my licence.

I started flying here 12 months ago, and the crew at Curtis are an awesome bunch to fly with. Friendly, extremely helpful, and very well maintained aircraft.

There is no type of flying you cant do here, they have it all! From a comfy cirrus, Tailwheel Citabria, King Air Training to the 260HP Pitts S2B, a crazy 15 aircraft to choose from.

Fly with these guys, you wont regret it.

Excellent professional flying instructors. They can get fairly busy and can be a bit chaotic on communication. Would give them 6 stars otherwise.

We had a great fun this weekend. I bought the flight for my wife since she was keen to try to manage a vehicle. So staff is super friendly and positive, fleet is pretty comfy and revamped, good organisation despite the fact that they changed the program to another on since lack of a plane. Flying is super easy.

Great place to learn to fly! Couldn’t recommend them enough all the instructors are great and very informative!
