5Great chemist, always willing to give advice and a helping hand and great customer service
Good service and great prices, when open, opening hrs are incorrect and has lead me to a closed shop. Needs updating. Otherwise no dramas, all good.
Came at 1.30 pm on Friday. The sign states that the shop open. But it was closed. Waited for 15 mins and left.
It has a small selection of items, but useful ones nonetheless. This chemist is a drop off point for ebay and ASOS etc, usually has no line and has a friendly owner.
It is open 7 days.
Poor service and rude.
The owner/head chemist is surly and sarcastic.
Doesn't seem to understand how customer service works.
Tried to support a small business instead of the major chains, and left the store disgusted and angry.
