Cupitts Winery / Cupitt's Estate

We have visited Cupitts on many occasions and our last visit was no different. We have always experienced exceptional service from everyone we deal with from the Cellar Door wine tasting to service in their restaurant. As always, the food we ordered was amazing. Their chefs always prepare menu items that are different and the menu combinations are fantastic. Please, keep up the great work. We will be back again at some point.

It was an excellent experience. We stay there for one night in the villa. It has a private bathtub in the balcony which is facing the farm with many cows eating grass. Its very difficult to find such beautiful villa in a winery. We also enjoy the dinner there with my favorite of lamb. Dinner with wine pairing is around AUD100. Overall it was an amazing experience. On site parking is available too

We recently stayed in the Cupitt's Winery Estate Villas for a business trip. The Villas were perfect for each employee to stay in and have their own space after a busy day - and to enjoy a lovely breakfast hamper at the start of each day, as well. Our team was able to mingle at the restaurant and enjoy all of the views, lovely wine, and delicious food. It was a great stay that offered all of us a chance to connect, relax and unwind in between work activities. Thanks Cupitt's Winery team!

We did a wine tasting here. 3 whites, a rose and 3 reds. We thoroughly enjoyed Mark's presentation, and the wines were great!

Late afternoon / Early evening first date. Wine and light meals at Dusty's Garden Bar.

Cupitt's Estate is a fantastic place for an escape. Cupitt's Restaurant was a huge highlight!

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary with a beautiful stay at Cupitts Estate. We stayed in the Villa with a bath on the front balcony, could not recommend more! Everything from the stay, to the wine tasting experience and especially the food was outstanding. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy Cupitts Estate once again!

We came here on the weekend with family while away on holidays. Had a lovely time there. Location is absolutely gorgeous and thankfully the weather was perfect so eating outside was wonderful. Food was amazing. Definitely on the expensive side but understanding an estate like this will have high running costs. Was not disappointed with the food. New and exciting flavours I hadn't tried before and all produce was fresh and well worth the money. The oysters were so fresh I couldn't believe how good they were. I enjoyed both of my cocktails that I ordered and we had no complaints from the kids. Meals came out really quick. We were expecting another 10-15min wait which we don't mind because it was lovely sitting around soaking in all the views.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. I left a personal item behind and they kept it for me until I returned the next day to pick up which I was so thankful for. Will definitely be back again and again when we are holidaying in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay, everything was gorgeous, location, staff, food, wine, view and decor, so comfortable, breakfast hamper was amazing! My mum was thrilled to spend her birthday there, thank you to everyone

The overpriced $15 wine tasting is not worth it. You can only taste 8 wines. No discounts when you buy? They ask you to join for free but you must buy more and more wine. The server was more interested in serving other customers and giving them free tasting. So do not book online just go to the cellar door and ask to try anything and you will be pushed infront of others paying $15.

We adored our stay at Cupitts. The rooms are luxurious yet also relaxed with beautiful interiors. The setting just magnificent. We recommend dinner at the restaurant, lunch on the lawn and stocking up on the Cupitt’s wine, beer and cheese. We can’t wait to get back! Perfect for couples, groups of friends or families. Highly recommend a stay at any time of the year!

Wonderfully comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms are beautifully built and furnished with a great view out over the farmland from the balcony. Everything in the room had a touch of luxury from the artwork to the toiletries. The complimentary breakfast hamper was very nice with delicious local produce. Definitely worth the money and would stay here again.

Thank you! Thank you! We started our journey at Cupitts today with a wine tasting session with Mark who was knowledgeable, interesting and made our morning.
We then had lunch and, it was absolutely faultless from service and kindness of the team to the food and the view. We will be back!

The Pod accommodation was excellent indeed, very spotless and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the location was great, but our experience in the restaurant let us down somewhat. We had a great waitress Kate? The area was very good the paired wines were excellent but we were very disappointed in the food that we chose, the olives were very small, the Squid was awful and we noticed that another person could not eat hers, the Pasta was very hot, the Snapper was very good, and the Lamb Rump was so under cooked, I with like lamb pink but not rare.our strawberry desert was very good as was the coffee. We had been to Cupit's about 2 years ago and the food was excellent, so that took the edge off our 60th Wedding anniversary, we enjoyed our short stay except for our food experience.

We stayed 2 nights in Pod 1. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, spotless, had everything you need (except a cheese board, that would be the only thing I recommend you add to the rooms).
The bath We LOVED the bath! I was worried about privacy after looking at pictures online, but no need to worry, it's completely private and so serene!

I also loved the little things like, larger ice cubes, chilled wine bucket, compost bin, larger towels, the TV that looks like a picture, the breakfast basket and very well stocked fridge, which is also big enough for you to bring some of your own things to put in.

The staff are incredible from check in to lunch on the deck, they were amazing.
A special shout out to Dan who served us during lunch. He was so friendly and informative.

My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the dinner experience. The young girl serving us, Taylan? Was lovely.
Our food was not.
I got the prawn pasta, which was nice, but lucky I really like chilli! My partners squid was awful, rubbery and no flavour.
My snapper was terrible, three bones in first 3 bites. No flavour again, I sent it back.
My partner got the steak and (he's a chef himself) said it was ok but for that price, it should be amazing.

I did explain all of this to the Manager when we paid.

From the moment you walk inside you feel truly relaxed and peaceful. There are so many unexpected and beautiful finishing touches that are delightful. Whether you want to cozy up with a good book, wake up to a misty, magical view or take an indulgent tub on the balcony, this place is for you and you won’t want to leave!

The espresso martini was probably the best I’ve ever had. It was so good that I still dream about it. The service was very quick and the food was worth every cent. Also the wine tasting lady was super lovely. I would highly recommend. It’s pricey but well worth it.

Had the most wonderful birthday lunch there last weekend. Excellent, friendly and attentive service, fantastic food and a magnificent overall experience. We will definitely go back here and highly recommend it to anybody visiting the South Coast area.

So good I went back two days in a row!
First came for a set menu lunch to celebrate with my fiancé - food was delicious especially all the alterations for gluten free!
The team in the cellar door shop were however my highlight very knowledgeable and their wines are so interesting, exploring new blends and varietals. I recommend if you are on the lawn to get the wine flights!

What is it with restaurants post Covid your wait staff are disgustingly rude and fake. We made a reservation and you get taken out to a grubby table on a lawn in the freezing cold, no menu, no water, get told to order your food from the bar where there are 30 other people trying to get service not to mention having to ask for the bill twice. What a total and utter disappointment. I will never go back there again - they need a lesson in manners and good service!
