Cunninghams - Dee Why/Collaroy

Had a brilliant experience leasing an apartment with Cunninghams. Started the journey a week or so ago, was accommodated with private inspections outside of the usual times (I'm an agent so the usual times conflict for me with work) and every team member has been just brilliant to deal with; special mention to Lauren and Jacob. Thanks team; outstanding service.

Recently I joined my best friend in apartment shopping. She found a lovely little apartment in Dee Why and ended up purchasing it through Cunningham's. We were chatting away to the agent and pointed out a cracked toilet cover and asked him if there were any other defects. He said not that he was aware off. He assured us that the dryers and aircon works. Upon moving in she found that the dryer, oven, stoveplate, aircon and dishwasher was all out of order. There was a broken tap in the bathroom. So sad, as she was saving up to finally buy a place and now has to worry about all the bills adding up to get things repaired. I don't think this was fair towards her. Surely there should be some sort of accountability here. Lesson to all potential buyers get a builder out to do a final inspection before you sign anything!
