Lovely attentive staff. Knowledgable. Perfect amount of communication and not 'pushy'. And yes, I bought the car.
They could not find the fault in my car for almost 10 hours and asked me to pay the diagnostic fee twice which was around $836 in total. When I agreed to pay it, they miraculously find the fault within the internal wiring. To change the internal wiring followed by programming the modules, they handed out me a total bill of $3200. This dealership is a total rip off. I will never come here again!

Rang to request a test drive of Everest today and arrived at 4.40PM. We were attended at 5 and were asked to wait at the open carpark space so the person who attended can arrange for the test drive. Upon waiting until 5.30 I rang the reception [rear shutter has been closed by this time] to ask for the person and he was busy attending some other customers inside.
If you make someone wait outside for 30 minutes, have some courtesy to let some other staff assist us, otherwise do not commit anything. We left [good for us] after informing a staff at the gate after 5.30PM.
I had to drive 40 minutes to your showroom as the closest one for us at Castle hill is terrible. Now I've wasted two hours for nothing.
Anyway you've shown me how Ford sales is, so I can imagine how your post-sales service would be. Thanks for that and I'm happy to go with Toyota now.

There is no BS and straight to the point with awesome customer service.
There was a few mistakes in the original contract (done with an ex employee) which she she has gone above and beyond to correct them and make me a happy customer.

Arrived at Cumberland Ford with the hope I could test drive the new Ford Ranger, I was greeted by Rachael, who was polite and offered assistance, she was able to show us through the Ranger, and arrange a test drive.all I can say is WOW, the new Ranger was fantastic! We sat back down at her desk and went through colors and options, Rachael really new the vehicle well and offered advice. We settled on color an options and bought our first new car! We then met Tahliah and Scott who were also super helpful, Scott was able to arrange finance for us that fell within our budget, so again super happy. Now we just have to wait till next month for our new Ranger to arrive, cant wait, Thanks again to Rachael Scott and the team at Cumberland Ford.
These guys were awesome, not your usual car salesmen/women. They were kind and honest and true to their word, when they said they operate an honest family business they were right. Highly recommended.
Went for a service here, out of my area but the only ford dealer I could a service done in the next 4 weeks. The advisor was polite and helpful but all other interactions here were unpleasant. The sales guy judged me before seemingly trying to offer his limited help, the spare parts guy also seemed distracted and disinterested. I have now gone back to my closest dealer and purchased 3 dual cabs for my staff and loaded it up with accessories. Mixed rating so 3 stars overall.

Have been using Cumberland Ford service dept for a number of years now, Sprint, Mondeo & Escape. Always leave happy. The boys in the service dept are just so thorough and professional. Always give excellent advice and most importantly are trusted by myself and wife. Nothing is ever too much for them, great work Cumberland Ford Service dept!
Great service experience there recently. Mario is by far the best service advisor I've dealt with in all the years I have serviced all types of cars. Too many reasons to list here. Just wish I had bought my Ford here too.

He was an absolute pleasure to talk to throughout, and is still answering emails and texts from me 3 months later. His knowledge, friendliness, and complete honestly is something that makes this whole process simple and enjoyable. 10/10

Honestly don't deal with this dealer they don't do what they say few times I've complained about the issues I have and yet nothing been done!
Unfortunately when I bought this vehicle I've experienced few issues such as rear view camera stays active even when vehicle off and in park plus information display doesn't respond to android auto at all! I've reported ir few times to Ford Cumberland and Ford technical support but nothing been done! Plus when I collected the vehicle last week the boot won't open automatically and engine has a tapping sound not sure what's is it so I reported to Ford I haven't heard from them! That's OK I'll look for other services provider as per email from you.

5 star review. Mostly because of George the sales man. He is a champion. He had great knowledge of the products he was selling. And did not put on the hard sell. If your looking at buying a Ford. Don't go anywhere else. Could not recommend anyone else or anywhere else.
