We have recently finished our on boarding, the on boarding was fairly straight forward and explained well. With all new programs you need to get into it straight away so you don't forgot the information but having the on boarding over 3 sessions gives you time to use what you have learnt and ask questions or refresh what you might of forgotten along the way.
We are starting to explore all that this program has to offer. So far it has been simple to use and we have been receiving great reviews and also scheduling a lot more social media content.
We are looking forward to seeing some great results over the coming weeks/months.

I was told I would be interviewing with managers then when it came to actual zoom meetings I had to put up with assistants wasting my valuable time complains to a bloke in sales te he said he would raise with operations director guess what never happened bunch of time wasting bumbs they tried to condition me to say yes it's alright to accept having your time completely wasted disrespectful bumbs and idiots

I had been with cube online for a fair while using the review platform. They recommended some SEO would help and we agreed to the work. I was told the money would be processed the same day. I had not heard or received any thing for months, then received an invoice for the discussed amount, which was fine but I had a discrepancy and I wanted to sort this out first with Cube online. No one returned my calls. You can not get hold of Cube online by phone. I thought like any company would call when they want the money and then I would be able to have a chat. Not cube online. They go straight for debt recovery. Finally after speaking with someone we came to a resolution with email proof. The debt recovery still kept coming for the money even after proving to the debt collectors how ridiculous this has been. After paying the amount agreed, we resumed services with email proof again. Today I emailed them to say I still have not received any invoices to find out they have cancelled my services because of unpaid accounts. I also have email proof of the account being paid. This company is a joke to deal with and I would not return.

I have dealt with Jai recently and has been very accomodating and willing to assist me with my issues and my computer illiteracy. Would recommend.
