CTM were a pleasure to deal with and looked after our entire project from product selection to installation.

Extremely disappointed I will not recommend CTM to any of my friends or family.

The subcontractor did a good job installing the flooring but CTM not so professional to deal with.

So many items were left out from their initial quote even after a site visit, be prepared to be hit with additional costs if you decide to go with them.

Manuel was available to answer our calls at the beginning and answer our questions however as soon as the money was transferred, he was no where to be seen.

Initially great! Amazing service from Dhaval, Daniel and his team did a great job on the tile install but there has been a problem with the carpets having these random stains appear. They advised us it may be our dog (which we knew it wasn’t) and we needed to get the carpets clean, which we did and the marks went away for a while then came back, almost like they multiplied so again we were asked to get professional cleaning done (which isn’t cheap) this time it went away for a shorter while and came back worse. As the carpet has a 10-year stain warranty we have been chasing them for over 6 months to have it resolved. Dhaval rarely takes our calls now and when he does he says we need to speak someone else but when we try to speak with her, she is not in or off sick. We have been doing this warranty dance with CTM and we don’t even know if they have contacted the carpet supplier and honestly, it is just exhausting and disappointing because initially we recommended them to many but now, we wouldn’t, as it seems clear they only care when there is money to gain.

We chose timber look tiles for our entrance and open space living/kitchen space through CTM Flooring. Seraj was fabulous and was very helpful in assisting us to choose the right tiles. It was a big job and we were happy with the tile removal and the laying afterwards. It was a bit tricky but the CTM Flooring team did an outstanding job. We chose parquetry for the entrance with a matching timber plank for the back part of the house.

I found the perfect wood look tiles here after visiting a handful of tile stores. Good large showroom with lots of choices, no high pressure sale tactics.
Siraj was great to deal with. The tiles chosen were out of stock and took weeks to arrive. Managed to get them on last day of trading for the year. We were offered full refund if they didn't arrive in time.
The tiles are expensive (usually wood look tiles are $35 sqm, the RRP here was $52.90) try to negotiate or if you have ABN ask for trade price.

Worked with Ctm to do the carpets, hybrid flooring and tiles for our renovation. Amazing choice of stuff on display and Dhaval was great to deal with. Main thing that made the difference was the quality of the install. They took the time to get the floors right and outcome looks amazing. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience from the minute I walked into the store. No hard sell, happy to answer any questions and provide advice, nothing was too much trouble. The person laying the carpet showed up on time, (Chris was his name I think), well presented and happy also to answer any questions. Even stayed for a coffee and chat - and showed us some things they used to help move furniture. (wish I knew about them prior to moving out the wardrobes!).

Plenty option of tiles. Mr. Dawhal is very helpful and give good Ideas. I am waiting for my tiles delivery. I hope I get it right.

Went there on Saturday. Waited 40 minutes to have a seller "helping" us, just to tell us that we should not look at floor color now because we plan to buy in 6 months (how are we suppose to plan our home?). They wanted to charge us for a sample. Not good at selling, that's $40,000 that won't go in there pocket for sure!

Large selection on tiles and other floor coverings, all set out so that you can see them and mach different tiles and colours. The staff were cendly and very helpfully. We looked at many different tiles, the got them and help us see what they looked like together and in different lights.
With this huge selection and helpful staff it made selecting tiles so much easier.

Excellent service from sales, quote, reception and work.
Very fastidious, polite and clean team.
Managers inspection pre and after making us feel at home.
I know they aren’t the cheapest but good value nevertheless.
