Lack of guidance on the property. Trucks and vans parked all across the yard with no space to move, queueing up out the driveway and down the street. Only one forklift operator at the time. Very slow service

IF I DID NOT PAY ATTENTION I WOULD BE CHARGED TWICE BY CT FREIGHT.
THE EXCUSE WAS THAT THE MISTAKE WAS FROM THE OTHER END HOWEVER WHEN I PAY AN AGENT TO ACT ON MY BEHALF YOU EXPECT ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
JERIl MATHEW’s CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE, DUE TO THE LACK OF CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I JUST HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER AS THEY ARE THE ONES REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY!

Absolutely disgusting service after waiting over 30mins at the front door for my package to get dropped off finally getting it after speaking to two people drove an hour home opened them today to install only to find they're broken now what after waiting a week another week to send back and another week to return. After this mess sorts out I will never in my life even slightly consider this unprofessional company and youd think their phone works well nope think again nothing works.
