We started building our home with CSB homes end of October 2022 and got our keys mid September 2023. This was our first time building a house and we had lots of questions but ladies at the office: Gianna, Cristen and Rachel were always happy to assist.
During the construction they communicated with us in a timely manner and kept the site clean and tidy. I like how both Sandro and Gianna are 100% involved in their business and they look after their clients in every way. Gianna is a really lovely lady, approachable and patient. She helped us a lot throughout the process and especially in the final stage organising stuff with the bank and OC. Rachel was also really helpful during our internal colour selection and gave an honest opinion for the stuff we were not sure about.

We're extremely grateful they let us to customise our home so they definitely do have a Personal approach. We moved few walls to add extra shower, wardrobe and to close the office space, the whole process was easy with them and the results are amazing. We love how they used every single corner of the house to add extra storage.
Big thanks to Alex as well who put effort in providing a detailed updates when asked and his walkthrough at the practical completion was 10 out of 10. He spent lots of time going through all details with us. There were only few minor touch ups that had to be done but they dealt with it in a few days and we got our keys. We moved into our home 3 weeks ago and we are absolutely enjoying it. The quality of their work is impeccable and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you CSB team, you really made this journey enjoyable and built a beautiful home for us!

Built my first home with them. I already posted the review then for the construction quality. Now I am posting about their after build service. These guys excel expectations. I had to email them few minor problems and the response is not fast but super fast and solution within a week. Very impressed. Well done guys

I have lived in my home built by CSB for over 12 months now and can give an honest review on the build from start to finish.
I just wanted to start off by saying that every time we drove past our house during construction that the site was always spotless and tidy out the front. (I see a lot of homes around us now being built by other builders and it is always a huge mess out the front and unsafe looking)

We started our build in June/July 2021 and finished/moved in by July 2022 – so right in the midst of the covid pandemic. There were a lot of uncertainties at time with trade and material shortages so was a stressful time for us when faced with these issues. Regardless CSB did their best in delivering each stage in a timely manner and keeping us updated along the way.
CSB were great with accommodating the changes we wanted to make during our original design planning stage with Joe. They were upfront with what was excluded and included (site costs, Sydney Water BPA) so not a lot of confusion there. They were also great with us adding in non-standard extras such as underfloor heating in our bathrooms and extra timber supports for future installs (bathroom cabinet mirror, wall hanging TV, clothes dryer etc)

We had a private inspector during our build for each major stage and we had very minimal feedback from our inspector of things that needed to be fixed which was reassuring.

When we were ready to move in there were only a few cosmetic defects such as paint touch ups and small issue with the water tank. During the 90 day defect period we had no issues with getting anything fixed that we brought up to CSB and were all fixed very quickly.

This is our first home and our first time building so we had a lot of questions and general nerves but overall, we are very happy with our home and the quality of it and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Just want to thank CSB Home for building my beautiful house and for guiding me through the entire process. They know what they doing and they help you to choose what suits you and your budget, been living in the house for more than a year now and not a single issue happened even with this heavy rain, even now when i send an email if i have a question they still answer me.

Good communication and the builders know what they doing and they give you options, so happy with them and good people respectful honest highly recommend.

We recently finished construction of our new home, we love it, its exactly what we envisaged and the quality of work is very impressive.

CSB Homes were informative and professional throughout our entire build, keeping us up-to-date with the process. Any issues that arose were attended to promptly.

We highly recommend CSB and we would not hesitate to build another property with them.

One of the worst builder ever. You will be falling in trap if you go with them. It is going to be an endless process to rip you off. I initially talked with them for my build and every step of the way they increased price after the tender. As soon as they realised I had more funds from bank for upgrades and add ons (which I was going to do with them) they increased the price of the build straight away, stating that the quote/tender was not priced correctly. They also don’t provide fixed site cost stating that they would not charge you more if not required which soudnds great but then my friend built with them and in the middle of the site preparation they said we need another 10K as we have hit the rock and it happens quite consistently. Also you will never be able to manage your budget as they will raise prices as they wish stating clauses in your contract. They are always mentioning that they provide one of the best quality in build. But in reality they provide absolute basic inclusion and materials with the prices that are sky high if you want to change anything. They also mention that they are the cheapest in base pricing but with the base pricing they give you the worst things which will obviously make you want to upgrade and then they will charge you 3 or 4 times higher for those upgrades which ends up making their build cost higher than a lot of other builders with better inclusion than them. Management is absolutely worse if I have ever seen one. They also treat their employees poorly (at least in front of me they were harsh on their sales person). The owner verbally agreed that he would return my payment for tender/quote if I can show him that I am not using his plan. After sending him the new plan and not his one I am still waiting for my payment to be returned. Absolutely stay away from them if you don’t want to waste money, time.

Very slow, so many delays, everything in their standard material is not good enough, need to pay more to upgrade. Don't take risk, Absolutely Not recommended.

Exceptional service. Dealt with Gary from Oran Park office and as soon as I walked in to the Sales Office, we felt better about the builder already. We had previously been looking at other Display Home Sales Offices but none made us feel as comfortable, the display home quality was also significantly better than the ones we were looking at. While display homes may not be indicative of actual build but it boosted confidence anyway.

As a First Home Buyer, I was quite nervous and had a lot of questions. A few other builders made me feel as though my questions were a nuisance or made me feel a little bit silly in asking some of them. Gary on the other hand was professional, knowledgeable, super helpful and made me feel a lot more at ease about the whole purchase. Only dealt with through email but Gianna from the office also seems to be great to work with.

Not recommended. Regret to choose, deposit paid so cannot quit. Very slow process. Sales person was nice at beginning but cannot hold his promise later on. Rude drafter woman.

Me and my husband have just recently moved into our new home built by CSB Homes and we could not be happier. From the first interaction with the team right up untill hand over, they were all so helpful and professional. The whole process from picking a floor plan to choosing internal and external selections, CSB went above and beyond to give us the best service and really made time to run through detail by detail. I also loved the fact we could custom design what we wanted to suit our needs and there was no issues at all. The quality of the house is amazing and i cant fault anything. The staff at CSB Homes have made building my first home a wonderful experience. Not only where the staff helpful and attentive, their attention to detail in particular with the house itself is impeccable. I was very happy to walk through the house at final inspection to see a fully complete home with only some minor cosmetic issues to which they attended to immediately after. Would definitely recommend CSB Homes to new any future owners looking to build.

They have some of the most rubbish people working for them, and in the building industry that bar is really low. They use dirty tricks when it suits them, makes mistakes and blames the customers for it, list goes on.

And I'm happy to show proof of what I claim if someone asks me.

I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Its these builders that gives the industry its bad reputation.

There is no sense honour with this company and the people who run it, they are in it for the money - your money.

As a first home buyer I expected the process of buying a house and land package to be quiet daunting. Today I finalised my Part A and can say whole heartedly to date everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with at CSB Homes has been highly professional and has made this experience a very pleasurable one so far.
