Fantastic! So thankful to have moved into our first home in time for Christmas! This team is incredible - From Frank in sales, helping us find our perfect land lot to Hailey, Janey and Maria in admin for keeping us updated throughout the process and Victor on the ground, keeping everything on schedule as site supervisor. Thank you all, it is a Christmas miracle and we cannot describe how amazing this family run company has been!

I wish I didnt purchase the house from Crystele. This house I purchased from them with "upgrade" bundle. Still, the material such as basin, toilet, kitchen accessories are the cheapest materials.
The contract is vague so when its time to select the materials, you get the cheapest quality and they will then ask you for an upgrade.
The consultant I worked with was impatient and rude. She made us feel like we were wasting her time during our one hour colour consulting appointment.
Money is not a huge concern for us as we are willing to pay more for our dream home. Its the fact that you feel they take advantage of the "vague" tender/contract and trying to rip you off and poor customer service make this a bad purchasing experience for our family.

Customer service and verbal communication over the phone wasn't the best - young bloke answers the phone and snaps at you because it wasn't his department - not sure why bother answering the phone if you're in a mood, been following up my application due to a position Crystele Homes posted on seek, wasn't very friendly or professional. Just a honest feedback - First time he had no clue, second time I called to follow up again as the gentleman clearly snapped and said it wasn't his department, Third time lucky - followed up about the position and also voiced up the customer service as well but got disregarded like I had 2 heads - super glad i didn't get the position - wasn't the friendliest people as this was obviously a difficult issue for them. I can guarantee other calls I made with other companies did not sound like this.

Don't know how they are with product and builds - just a review on their professionalism and customer service. Will definitely never command them due to bad first impression already.

Hoping it wasnt related to #asianhate - its very clear i have an asian name but im raised here and a proud true blue. I can say this is not acceptable coming from a customer service background, myself.

We were impressed from the first meeting with Daniel. We felt comfortable with him, that we could trust him. We were very picky with our custom home and wanted it to be exactly as we imagined it; no matter how difficult we were, Daniel and his team were always accommodating and made it happen, and never made us feel uncomfortable or inconvenient about making changes.

We’ve been in our home almost a year now and sometimes people ask me would I change anything, and I think absolutely not. We love it just as much now as we did when it was first completed and even when we planned it. We get a lot of compliments from our friends and family, even people in our street and how great it looks, and we feel so lucky that we got exactly what we wanted.

We had a wonderful building experience with Crystele Homes and could not fault them.we cannot be more grateful and thankful for their efforts of all the along the way and our finished home is just amazing. I love everything about it from the front to the back. What we dreamed it would be, it came to life!

When you find the right person, the right builder, that you can talk to and understands you, the relief is so powerful. You know they will take care of you, and even those little changes that are so important to you, they make it happen. I don’t think with a big company you would get that personal feel, that it’s just easy to solve things. They’re like family to us now.

First of all for transparency, I am an employee of Crystele Homes. However, I did recently have my new home built by Daniel and the team. It was actually an amazing learning experience to go through the process as a client! I honestly can't fault the finished product. My kids love the new house, we've had no problems with it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. #lovemycrystelehome
