We needed 2 very old roofs cleaned up as they were looking terrible. Moss and decades of dirt and growths had them looking atrocious. Rod was excellent, very helpful and professional.
His team was on time, cleaned up and left our roofs looking fabulous.

Rod did an absolutely amazing job at pressure cleaning our place, it was on a day with torrential rain, and awful conditions, but he worked through it. The job involved cleaning the brick pavement, side fence walls, concrete path and external house walls. I had no idea the place would look so transformed. We have been in the house for more than 20 years and had not had it professionally cleaned since we moved in. The Before and After look was beyond what I imagined possible. I would recommend Rod at the drop of a hat.

I contacted Crystal Services to clean the gutters of my house in the hope that it would be done quickly. A time was arranged for a quote which I immediately accepted. As one of their staff was in the area he arranged to come a couple of days later - ie earlier than originally organised.
He said that the gutters were still clean but got rid of the leaves in the valleys and flat roof at the rear.
I then paid him the amount of the quote and he left. However about 15 minutes later he returned to say that the job was an easy one and he had been asked by his manager to return half the amount of the quote.
It's not often such integrity and honesty is displayed! Needless to say I was extremely impressed by this action as well as keeping to promised times for appointments.
In fact I have booked for Crystal Services to come again next year!

They responded to my enquiry immediately.
Arrived on time to do the work as quoted. They cleaned up afterwards and did an excellent job in cleaning our pergola to our absolute satisfaction. Once our renovations are complete we will be getting them back to do a pressure wash of our whole house. Wow - I can not speak highly enough of this incredible company. My mum and dad have used Crystal Services Group in the past and they were the first we called when they decided to sell their home. The planning of the work and booking of the date were an absolute breeze, their house washer arrived early and waited in his truck until the appointed time so as not to disturb Mum and Dad. He worked so hard for the six hour job - nothing was too difficult for him.

It is a three level, wood home with large windows and many glass doors and skylights throughout. The paths are all sandstone or stone tile.

The work was carried out brilliantly. The house, verandahs, windows, gutters and sky lights look incredible and the wonderful employee was respectful, polite and courteous at all times. My Mum and Dad could not have been happier with the result and I am so grateful to Rodrigo and his incredible team for their hard work and for making such a huge difference to my Mum and Dad.

Our whole family will never ask anyone else but Crystal Services Group to do our house washing or window cleaning.

Rod responded promptly with a quote to wash my house (2 stories) and all the windows (lots of louvres). He fitted me into the schedule because I needed it done quickly and I was very happy with the outcome. His technician was extremely polite, responsive and thorough - I observed him go out of his way to clean some tricky areas. We contact Crystal Services and from the outset they were fantastic. Their communication and advice regarding what they would be doing was first rate. Their quote was detailed and covered all we needed to know. They were very competitive on price.

They were always in contact to advise when they would be coming and they were on time and very professional with all their communications.

They job was completed fantastically and we had two different men over two days and they were both very friendly, respected all our plants etc and did a great job of cleaning up both our house and our neighbours.
