Angela Lytsioulis has been my real estate agent for the last two years and by far has been the best agent I’ve ever had, she is so incredibly responsive and we have anything fixed within an hour of flagging the issue. I cannot recommend her enough.

Angela was our property manager while we were renting. Any issues were responded to promptly and she was communicative and efficient throughout our lease. I was very happy with her service. We also had dealings with Lewis who was also lovely.

Absolute worst Agency I have ever dealt with. Extremely unorganised, and conveintley lose emails and details of complaints/messages and requests for anything to be fixed or dealt with. Terrible at record keeping. Allowed mold to grow in the home and it took a ridiculous amount of back and forth to have any action taken. No concern for health and safety of tenants. The place was extremley filthy when we moved in and bond was withheld for no sunstantial reasons. Abslutley shocking.

Rented and paid on time for years, and when I moved out refused to give me my bond back. When I asked why, they said because I subleased I had no proof I paid rent, and that I should be more careful renting, and because I had no paper trail they could keep it from me and I couldn't do anything. I assume because I was uni student they figured they'd take advantage of me. Do not trust these people.

May Aoun from Crystal Realty has recently sold a property of a dear friend of mine. When meeting May, May was really professional and it was a pleasure selling a property with her. She managed to sell the property within two weeks, which was an amazing result for us. Thank you for your dedication. Would recommend May Aoun to anyone wanting to sell their property.

We were looking at purchasing a property and was dealing with May from Crystal Realty. We found her to be very unprofessional, didn't keep us up to date with offers and had very little interest to understand what we were looking for.

I have recently sold my property with May Aoun of Crystal Realty and found her to be of a excellent sales person with great communication skills and always prompt to respond to me. Very professional and a wonderful person to deal with. I would certainly recommend her to anyone wanting a sell their home.

Best realtors in my rental history so far. Organised repairs quickly and did not disturbed us unless necessary.

Was very unhappy with how my girlfriend was treated with crystal realty
if you are reading this and thinking of going with them please please DONT
we hired cleaners and stripped the house down both me and my girlfriend over a 3 day period got friends helping and replacing things so it looked new and good
i personally spent hours helping
my girlfriend missed endless days of work with the hope it would be worth it because we needed i bond back for our new place
we was then refused our bond
and one of the reasons why was we left some fake flowers by accident around a curtain railing
and the things they found that we was not aware of nor did we do

this is one of them real estates what will do anything they can to keep your money do not trust them or even give them the time of day

they are charging her the full bond for a job that will 100% cost them less than 400 dollars

shes literally broken over it after all the time and stress she put in to making sure this would not happen
i have had to watch her have more than one break down trying to get this place sorted
and to have them reject the bond is truly disgusting
i understand how real estate works and if its not on the sign off list then they have full right to keep the bond
i understand this what i am saying here is i feel what crystal realty have done is not to try and help or work with us on it
but seen a chance to snatch the money and leave it

I've dealt with Angela as a Tenant for the last 3 years she's has been a pleasure to deal with. Very reasonable and responsive.

As a long term renter and operating a small business from my home i am so impressed with Angela Lytsioulis and her team at Crystal Realty. They are quick to respond and have an excellent team of tradies when repairs are needed. I have experience with many real estates and am very impressed with Crystal as a tenant you are treated with respect and support. Angela and the team at Crystal Real Estate are AMAZING! I have recently leased a property with them and could not have asked for better service. In a touch renters market, it is sometimes hard to get replies, Crystal Realty were fantastic in their communication to confirm my approval for the lease.
Upon moving in to the property I have, within a matter of hours of reporting the intital issues, had tradesman call to book in times to come out to fix light bulbs and electricals (all which were noted on the in going inspection report by the agency).
The tradesman used by the agency are friendly and flexible, working in with my schedule to get the work done.
I would highly recommend anyone to work with Angela and the team, I am so happy that I have such a great agency to be a tenant of. As an owner of investment properties myself, I highly value the professionalism in which they have shown.

Crystal Realty have been looking after my property for over 20 years.
Started off with meeting Christine the owner, at my workplace and years later Angela took over the property management side of things.

I cannot fault Angela and her team at Crystal the liasing between Tenants needs and or maintenance to any property is incredible.

They also have a team of repairs and maintenance that is recommended and i myself have experienced this very recently first hand.

Very happy with everything that was done by the repairs and maintenance team.

They arrange for yearly inspections and of course inspections are done when tenants vacate.

So if your reading bad reviews, dont believe it.as i said over 20 years with crystal and they are still servicing my needs.

Avoid using this realty company like the plague. I moved into an apartment and was told it would be clean when I moved in. I couldn't live there for 3 days my first week because the apartment was infested with cockroaches, the carpet was filthy covered in hair and stains, there were tiles falling off from the bathroom and kitchen, the floor in the kitchen was coming completely apart, etc. I saw the place on an inspection and walking around for 10 minutes it seemed fine, but when I finally moved in I realized I was lied to when they said the place would be in 'clean, livable' condition. After I finally had a carpet cleaner, pest guy, and repair man over 3 days come fix the place up, I could finally move all my stuff in. And when I spoke to the head woman Christine, she said they wouldn't refund me ANY of my rent which I paid in advance, even though I couldn't move in due to an infestation.
The Worst part was that when I moved out they tried to blame me for the bad state of the carpet and they withheld a portion of my bond! Beware, this place is a dreadful business.

Appalling. Crystal rented out my house and let the tenants trash it. Didn't carry out inspections, no reference checking, mysterious 'repairs' showed up on my statement. The property was devalued by almost $200k by the time they were done. Don't let them rent or manage your property.

Was in a rental managed by crystal for 2.5 years. They're no fuss, always available and really looked after our interests as tenants. Defintely felt the benefits of being managed by a local business. Keep it up guys!
